Communication was via PM in my case. They ansewered really fast, normally during the current day, but i never waited too long to get an answer.
In my case i received 2 tablets of 50x10mg winny each. I saw other user's pics and they received it with a box, but was not my case. Anyway i really don't mind about the box or not. It came in a envelope, very well packaged, secure, discrete and above all, very fast, it took like 5-6 days to get in my home since he said the item was shipped

A few weeks back I posted a negative feedback regarding an order placed and not received.
So, after several emails and an always prompt reply from both Darius and Vladimir, I have finally received my order and a "bonus"
The product was shipped on the 5th of November and received on the 10th of November.
I won't go into much details as it is not that important, but what is important is: Vladimir and Darius will always reply to your emails in less than 24hrs and they will always try to help with your order.

A bit of back story here: A few months ago I have ordered VAR from pharmacom and the thing was the best you could get. It really worked. Pump was insane, no water retention and no pain in the joints, just the normal back pumps. At that time it was a 6 weeks 40mg cycle.
This time I have decided to take things a bit further and placed another order of VAR.
The order was placed on the 4th of september, paid on the 9th of september and they collected the money on the 10th.
On the 17th of september I sent them an email asking about the tracking number, because usually it takes 5 days to have it delivered in EU. I got an email from Vladimir (not Darius) saying that they miscalculated the VAR stock and that my order was transferred to their supplier in China.
On the 21st of september, I got an email from Vladimir with a tracking code, that afterwards proved to be someone else's order and not mine.
After several emails exchanged, I told Vladimir that I was going to place an order for Stanos and that he could ship the first order with it. He agreed
(THIS IS THE DUMBEST THING THAT I COULD HAVE DONE! IF HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE FIRST, SO WHY PLACE A SECOND?)
I placed a second order on the 4th of october and as of today 24th of October I am still waiting for the order that was placed back in the 4th of september.
To make this even more interesting, they said that the person in china that was going to collect the funds could not do it because WU said that there was an error with the order. I called WU myself and they said the order was fine and that there was nothing wrong with it and that it was available to collect.
Several emails after, Vladimir said that I could cancel my transfer and that they would give me a discount on the next one.
SERIOUSLY???
In total I've wasted a total of 280 euros and lot of time.
What makes me even angrier is that not even once they assumed they screwed up, always blaming something else.
That was the last time I've ordered from them.
For those of you that got your order, congratulations because they have good products and for those who are about to order, good luck getting yours.

At least this part they got it right, always got a reply in less than 24hrs.
BTW, all emails were replied by Vladimir. Darius just replied a couple of times.

+ 1I've gotta give it to Darius/ Pharmacom!! I've been extremely happy with their products, service, and my results while using them.. (This was my first order from them.) I ordered TestE 500mg/ml, BoldE 500mg/ml, 100 10mg Anavar, and 20 1mg Adex back in August.. Everything came within 10 days- packed very well, and all of the products were packaged/ manufactured professionally.
So, I started out with the Anavar and noticed a difference within a week. Once the Test and Bold kicked in the fun really started.! Hungry and horny as hell, great strength gains, endurance- I felt like I could just keep going, and I'd get some seriously awesome pumps. My muscle would get so engorged/ full of blood it felt like my muscle/ skin was just going to pop!! When I ran out of the Anavar I had to work a little harder but I didn't loose any of my strength gains. I also dropped a noticeable amount of body fat while I was using the Anavar. I REALLY LOVED their Anavar and will 100% use it again. I'm still on my Test/Bold cycle- about halfway through it now. Compared to the other brands that I've used in the past I would have to say that this is probably the best gear I've ever been lucky enough to use. (I've used LOTS of gear over the years too.) I've got great strength from the TestE plus I'm still lean -and even more vascular than normal thanks to the Bold. I will absolutely continue to use and recommend Pharmacom for as long as possible!!
- I also wanted to let everyone know that a few weeks after I had already received my gear- (I was 100% satisfied with it)- I got another pack with extra FREE gear!!!! I thought that someone had made a mistake for sure, contacted Darius about it, and was told that "They just do that sometimes"!!! How fucking awesome is that?!
