PROIROID SCAM RIP OFF OFF ALERT - Refuses to refund full amount

Proiroid has refused to refund my money over a currency dispute of $[CENSORED]CAD after I have used them successfully 4 other times. I have sent numerous emails eMploring them to resolve this, however when i started to ask for my money back and not accept a $[CENSORED]USD deductions for fees + [CENSORED] fees they are now refusing to refund at all. I Have ordered over 4 K in product over the last 2 years.

Proroid asked me to send $[CENSORED] USD to Poland and have the USD converted to Polish Zloty( PZ). This I did which on the day or conversion was 1803.23 PZ not 2003 PZ

HOWEVER... [CENSORED] currency conversion is actually 1808.23 PZ. Which is what i sent and was received by their associate in Poland.

They demanded $[CENSORED] USD which I sent but the currency of the day ws 1803.23 PZ NOT 2003 PZ...They would not ship my oder until i paid the difference which works ou to about another $[CENSORED] CAD + another [CENSORED] fee of $[CENSORED] CAD.

In conscience i couldn't do that when the currency conversion is there issue not mine. I sent the USD $[CENSORED] by there only method of payment which is [CENSORED].

I want my full refund back. Our community is out trust and we need to know when we order a product it is genuine and if there are customer service issues they will be dealt with professional and if we want our money back we will get it back.

The 60 day average on PZ to CAD ( 2.942 ) has remained the same plus or minus 10%, as has PZ to USD ( 3.8095 Federal US Bank Reserve data )

The USD rates used by your associates is based on a 5% buy rate which is MORE than the 3.9% spot rate [CENSORED] uses.

I sincerely come to come to an agreement on International Currency Spot rates based on the Bank of Canada, on $12.54 CAD

I follow most of the forums very closely and understanding from these forums at Pro Roid and Canadian Muscle and others is that there was superior customer service.

If we can not come to an understanding on $ 12 CAD or 1% on exchange, after ordering from you 4 times, with the intention of ordering again...

Sure we can have your payment refunded. However we must pay the receiver fees already as well as the sending fees back to you from this amount. It will cost around $100 USD. Please let us know if you would like to proceed?

We are not trying to rip anyone off. We clearly state that the payout amount must be 1940 Polish Zloty if you take a look at your order payment instructions. We use the buy market rate always from the bank in Poland. This is the only rate we use as we cannot accept USD in Poland by [CENSORED] any longer so all transfers have to be picked up in PLN and then transferred back to USD. Thanks

Its unfortunate that you have potentially lost a customer and soon to be other customers over whoever was handling this account over $12CAD. You just lost from a client who had multiple orders in the past exceeding $3k.

I extend an olive branch as I know business can be myopic occasionally, you have my number i suggest you call it and attempt to work this out. This is NOT my first order...This should have been taken care of LONG before we got to this point as a customer service issue.

I hope you don't dig your heels in and hopefully look at this as a customer service opportunity and respect the fact I have pointed out some opportunities you have in improving customer service in the ordering process instead of resenting it..

Yes they may deliver product but if you have a dispute you won't get your money back. I sincerely hope this is resolved before it becomes more public than it needs to be.. this is the fist step I hope our community has some comments and suggestions for myself and if you know people at ProRoid to them as well..

I'm happy to write this review for ProRoid because they are a reliable and trustworthy supplier of great products at good prices. I've ordered from many sources across North America and Europe before and PR is among the best I've ever come across. First of all am surprised that anyone would have any issue with this source so will be the first to call BS on the guy that did not get his pack below. I placed an order last weekend. I didn't receive a response or any update on my order, so I emailed them. They replied telling me everywhere is closed for the holidays in Ukraine. So I looked it up and they're celebrating Easter and was informed they will compete it soon. I emailed again on Wednesday, no response. On Thursday they emailed saying soon. I emailed again and they responded informing me it was dropped off at the postal outlet and will get a tracking # soon. They emailed later with the tracking #.

No tracking results comes up on Canada Post website 2 days later which means it was not sent out.

I emailed with my concern they said if I don't like their service then don't order from them.

IF I would of known I wouldn't of used their service and wonder if the reviews on here are real after my experience.
