Cheers Rusty. Long tough road back from injury last year. Had concussion syndrome that was really bad for 6 months that kept me out of the gym. Still having the odd bad day now but much improved. 6 months no gym was the longest I have not trained in 45 years. Hope all is well with you brother,I know all the work you do here goes much under appreciated, but believe me it does not go un-noticed by many of us and has earned you huge respect by the community! Thanks for the encouragement and keep up the great work you do here Rust!
Not sure of body fat % around 10% I guess. Might compete in April as a Grand Master. Seei if there's any muscle left after a contest diet. Thanks for your support GH. Let's show the young stallions that us old guys are not going down without a fight!
Yea about 8-12% i not sure too, here is only one photo. And yeah, we show them all what without a fight you can fuck the bitches only. But for real gains and real love, needs to fight! Ha ha
Looking stellar brother! Nicely muscled, defined and shapely physique! A great representation of us more mature members! Most impressively accomplished! +2 for an ageless and timeless build! Much respect and keep grinding!
Agreed Bigrigger! It would appear we share some commonalities! I also began training at the age of thirteen!
A 110lb. Dan Lurie weight set and a Joe Bonomo training book! Ahhh the memories! :))
We share the same passion! Be well my friend!
When I started training Sergio Oliva was Mr. Olympia that's how far back I go. Rusty bars, spitting on the chalk covered floor, no door between the men's locker room and the weight room. 300 lb power lifter walking around with a tub full of d-Bol asking everyone if they needed a boost today! Oh and he was a cop! The good old days. Now we sound like old men talking about by gone days. Stop it Rig. Great to chat Thanks Theo
Lol brother! Thanks for sharing your memorable history and you are most welcome!
Granted, they are the good old days of history's past, but they were called "The Golden Era" for a reason!
Now where the hell is the guy with the tub of Dbol? Lmao
Always a pleasure chatting with you my friend Bigrigger!
The"Duke"has spoken! Great handle and avitar. Cheers bro yes it is an endurance contest. 45 years of training doesn't seem like a long time if you really love it(no homo)
The comeback from injury last year was a very big hill to climb. Fractured my skull in 5 places, puctured a lung, broke 3 ribs, and broke my right wrist. Out of the gym for almost 6 months. I am one of those who loves to train and consider it a privilege to still be able physically. My wife trains with me and we live the lifestyle together and she kicks my ass everyday. She also is an amazing cook and makes eating super healthy crazy tasty. So really I owe everything I have to her!
sounds very painful bigrigger. I'm a firm believer in family & loved ones, especially when you share that passion together for the same thing what more can u ask for. u probably already know that u are lucky man to have someone that stands in your corner like that. I'm getting all mushy but its a beautiful thing, to you and your wife stay healthy train hard for more years to come:) bigrigger
Yes the "secret" is there is no secret! You just have to love it! I mean have real passion for everything about it and become a student of all of it. If you don't love it you won't do it for 45 years like I have and consider myself blessed to have done it and will till I die.
Yes old muscle that was built over a long period of time comes back quicker and denser looking. My foundation was built with no aas or gh which I also believe makes it easier to come back!
Yes even at 58 it still remains work in progress. My work accident last year has left my back broken in 2 places so my form must be impeccable and have worked extra hard on mobility and flexibility and midline strengthening and this has helped keep me out of the operating room.
Thanks Darth. The road back from injury was a struggle but looks like I came through ok. I can't wait to see how far I can take it with a little more dedication and hard work
Just getting back on my feet after my accident last year. Last cycle was my trt dose of 200 test e per week and I added 50 tren a and 50 test prop every other day. Results speak for themselves. Tiny amounts of gear is all that's necessary with the right diet, sleep, and training. Much respect to you my brother!
RustyhookerSolid work! Happy birthday to you!

Completely agree. I'm a decade behind you, but still "old", which I think is a good thing.
