I'll be 43 next month, I've often wondered how long I'll be able to keep going to a decent level of training intensity. Looking at yourself just shows I've got at least a couple more decade's left in me. Theo below is also a shinning example. +2
Yes sir robb,Theo has a world class physique, one of the many vets here that can "bring it"! We are all going to have obstickles but they can be beaten back with Father Time . The fountain of youth is at our fingertips and I won't give up the search or the fight!

Contest prep at 58 not as easy as I imagined it Theo. The person that made this possible as always is my wife who also did the same contest in women's physique. We trained and dieted and cooked together and to her I owe everything. I will make a future post as a tribute to my beautiful wife with her pics from the show
