It has been over 2 weeks and I haven't received my order.

I have made two orders from Proroid.

The first was for AI which I have used and is legit. Shipping was very quick, and all communications were great.

The second was for some Test, Deca, AI, Prami and Var/Winny for the girl. I received the package and upon opening it did not have the Prami. I reached out to proroid and they just told me over and over that the tabs are in a baggy and that they are were sent out.

Now I checked the envelope multiple times, there aren't that many places to hide 25 tabs in an envelope.
Anyway, they are refusing to do anything about it, insisting that they sent out the Prami. It's too bad until now i've had a good experience.

Now I don't trust them and all for 75$ worth of prami.

I’ve never had an account on any boards yet but I figured they deserved an updated review. I’ve been ordering for about 10 months now and every time has been in sufficient time, 3-4 days tops... one time was a little over a week but still have always gotten delivery and good product.

Been a customer for over 2 years now. Could not ask for better.

Review for Northern Pharma Arctotropin and Norvotrop somatropin

I have ordered Metabolic Pharmaceuticals Taldanabolic many times from proroid in the past and it has worked great. However, upon receiving the most recent package, I noticed that the lot number and expiry date on it was covered up with a sticker that had a different lot number and later expiry date. I peeled the sticker back and revealed the original lot number and an expiry date that was this month (02/2018). Sketchy clue #1. Upon opening the package and looking at the tablets, I noticed that they were smaller and no longer had the signature M on them that all of the older Taldanabolic tabs had. Sketchy clue #2. I took one and these may not even have any cialis in them at all. No usual facial flushing or nasal congestion! I've read many reviews saying that proroid sells fake product, and never believed it, but now I am starting to think otherwise.

These guys are top notch. They deliver when they say they will. The product is exactly as described. It's awesome that I don't have to wait weeks for my order wondering if some overseas company is going to keep my money an not deliver.

Fast. Anyone can get cheaper tren from Europe but guess what you wait 5-15 weeks. Proroid with the deals they have and the ridiculously fast shipping is by far the superior choice. No risk of seizure by customs. No long wait. Amazing deals on test. My new source will for sure be using proroid again and again

Second order from proroid

Hey Everyone - Earlier this week i posted a review in regards to my order i had not received. I just want to say that i did receive it and PROROID kept their WORD. I know some of you are reading good and bad things about them. I can honestly say that this is the only place i will ever order from as i never had a bad experience with them other then a minor hiccup with shipping.

Thank you PROROID once again for all that you do and your consistency in delivery and your products.

I apologize for my review earlier this week and i hope this makes it right for everyone reading this.

I normally do not make an effort to write reviews as then again who really does, but I just have to put my 3cc worth of comments here for this source as feel obligated to now with my 3rd order that was done with success.

They are nothing but spectacular to say the least, and love them.

Use to order international before I found this source and anyone using them should leave a review as they are next to non i must say.

Obviously I won't be able to get any accountably out of your responses. You clearly continue to dance around the questions and concerns I have presented. I asked for you to provide proof that you never lied to me regarding our email correspondence. Again you try to blame the me; the customer for issues I am having even though we both know that is not true.

I'm not taking away from you guys the fantastic service you did provide for me in the past. The problems stem from my recent orders and your customer service dealing with those issues. As a loyal customer I would of expected a little more respect in dealing with my concerns which were all valid. I never received order #CENSORED, which was not my mistake. I have an understandable concern with my order #106358. Right off the bat you guys blamed me without taking the time to actually help a customer out.

Order #CENSORED has finally registered on Canada post. That is not to say I have received the order yet but you guys originally said that I gave you the wrong address. If and when I do receive the order I will change the status to order received. Had you guys originally told me that it could of been a Canada Post issue instead of accusing me of giving a wrong address the most recent issue could of been resolved pending the most recent order delivery.

After dealing with these two issues and so blatently being lied to by you guys I will never use your services again. I understand now why you guys are the lowest rated lab on this website. Your product is good but your customer service is extremely unprofessional.

Thank you for the unnecessary drama. I would still consider buyer beware.

Im certain this will be the last time you reply as you know you can't save face in this circumstance due to the fact that I have proof and I would be obliged for you guys to prove me wrong here. My initial email was sent on Feb.12/18 8:23pm MT, it was a simple question retaining to the overdue status regarding the registration of my tracking number. You guys stated that you replied to me before I made this complaint public which I have proof is incorrect as that email was replied to on Feb.14/18 at 5:22am MT.

Only after I made this complaint public did you guys start responding to my emails. You lied to me saying you responded to my initial email which was false and the email was only responded to today at 5:22am MT. Feel free to post my initial email as I have a record of it as well.

Secondly you guys initially stated that I gave you an incorrect mailing address which is false as well as I've been dealing the same addresses with you guys for over a year and never had an issue.

That is only the most recent order. My 3rd most recent order #102024 (which I never received) was also blamed on me for an incorrect mailing address which is also a lie as you guys re-emailed me the address to confirm. After I confirmed the address you guys tried to tell me that my address was potentially flagged, which I know for a fact is incorrect. The package never even made it out of your province and was sent to the undeliverable mailbox.

Im not inpatient but when someone "supposedly" offers a service that people pay for, your damn right I'm going to hold them accountable.

This isn't "threatening spam" this is a warning to everyone. I've been dealing with Proroid/Roidrx for 1 year and 1 month, I have spent $8099.30 using their services and have gave them a good recommendation through numerous colleagues. I have nothing to gain from these post in fact I only lose a service but I am warning everyone they will rip you off.

They have no respect for their customers and through their ignorance and arrogance they will turn their back to us in a heartbeat. I strongly recommend anyone reading this to find another source.

Do not use Proroid/Roidrx.

Proroid emailed me after I made complaint on this forum. That was my response. I hate to jump to conclusions as they have been a fantastic in the past. I will keep everyone posted regarding my order and hope it does come through like they say. I am disappointed regarding how they treated the situation as they tried to blame me.

First off I can 100% tell you that you never emailed me, I can screen shot all my mailboxes and show you. Im not looking for confrontation here as I only have concerns with the facts. I've been a loyal customer with you guys for over year and have ordered numerous times on both your roidrx and proroid sites. I've already had one recent order (102024) not make it to its destination. I use discrete addresses as to not draw attention on my end. I understand there is a risk involved and have no problem eating a cost for that even though in your FAQ you state that seizures are impossible.

With ordering from you guys for over a year including through the holiday seasons I know what to look for on the shipping end. I have never seen a tracking number not register within the first week. I have no concern with it taking upwards of 3 weeks but I grow extremely concerned when I don't see it register especially when I've already lost a package to a different address. I have other friends who are having the same issue and I apologize to jump to conclusions but when you tell me you emailed me to address my concerns when in fact you never and only after I went public with A complaint do you try to justify the situation. In fact though you never addressed the situation to begin with, you told me I gave you the wrong mailing address when in fact I did not.

I would hate to do business elsewhere as I do enjoy your services but recently I have not been impressed with the way I've been lied to regarding the email and the initial blame put on me for a standard order.
