I received Injectables. I ordered a large order with both injectable and oral and only received 25% of order, all injectable. Still waiting for the rest of my order. Haven't received anything since first of June.
Just got of the phone with fed ex. asked for fda codes?? why they marked it vitamins is beyond me. Any supplement passing thru customs has to have a fda code? doesnt sound right. They are going to contact seller"good luck" I guess its going back

I've been following this page every day for some time now, but kept my nose out of it, as far as I was concerned the Rep still drops by, as unpopular as he may be, and the site has released new products, so is obviously not dead in the water. I had a pretty good hunch they were gonna pull through.
Remember, Naps has been running for a LONG time, and have a long history of successful business, operations like this will obviously run into difficulties from time to time, but why would they suddenly turn into scammers and ruin they're reputation?
You know, there's some money to be made scamming people. You know what makes A LOT MORE MONEY? Running a successful and highly active business for a long time. It would make NO SENSE for Naps, with a loyal customer base, to suddenly start scamming people.
Now, orders are arriving, let's lay off the "internet fury" and sit back and have some patience guys. I am actually still waiting on another order, I made two. The other includes injectables but I have every faith it will arrive.
These fags are huge scammers. If your stupid enough to order from these assholes, experience will look a little like this...

I have waited over a month now. And it finally says on your website that the package has been delivered. The thing is, the package still has not been delivered. Is their a tracking number or anything you can provide me with so that I can find my package.

The tracking number ********* shows that the package is still in postal handling in Europe, last registered on 6/22. I think you are looking at the countdown ticker? Anyways, we want to make sure the package is still moving, could you check back with us in a week so we can check on it again?

It has been a week since I last talked to you about updating you in a week about the packages progress. It has since not moved or updated the progress and is still stuck in Europe and was last updated on 6-22. Where do we go from here? I have since looked at some other reviews on eroids.com and it sounds like I am not the only one having problems with your company over shipping. Is their any way for them to release it through customs (or is that a lost cause), or could you send me a new package Courier express? I have waited almost a month and a half now and I just really want my gear. Willing to do whatever... Sincerely,

So it has officially been 3 weeks when your customer support keeps saying give it one more week. Their has to be another method of fixing this issue than just saying "wait another week." At this point I would like a refund. If you guys do not do refunds, would you send out another box, different address is OK. It has been going on 2 months now and it has been at the same location for over a month. It has been seized their is no question about that, and since I have paid for the gear I need some kind of compensation. Please honor my payment. Please!!

There is no refund policy, it has been sent allow it another week. That is all we can do at this point is wait for the mail to deliver it.

The box has not moved for a month now. It has been seized. Their is no mail to wait for since customs took it. It would be completely pointless to just keep waiting thinking that it will show up. Its not. Their has got to be something you can do to help me out. Please don't be scammers.

I read on eroids.com that all the packages were delayed since they were stuck, but were retrieved and sent out again. Is this false or what? All I know is I have waited another week. It has been 2 months so far, with the package being stuck in customs for over a month. I honestly do not have 80 dollars just to throw around and not get anything in return. WHEN will you guys RESHIP??? How long do I need to wait A YEAR??!!! I know you don't do refunds, but I am under the understanding that you do reships... eventually. When can you do mine?? Getting real tired of the waiting game, just like all your other chump customers which I feel bad for. And please do not respond with, "give it one more week." I will probably flip a switch.

So it has officially been 12 days since your last e-mail which said give it 7-10 days. Every week you keep telling me the same exact thing and it keeps going absolutely no where from their. When can you set up a re-ship because since I have waited going on 2 and a half months, I think it is safe to say I will not be getting that package. And do not say you don't do reships because MANY people on eroids.com have said they got a reship when their package never arrived. I feel like I have been patient enough and fairly calm over this whole experience. Considering my financial predicament right now I think that pretty much makes me a saint. Pleeeease set me up a re-ship, I will do anything. If so, I think I should change my address since I gave you "general shipping" address which would sent it to my post office. The person I talked to about it said it looks suspicious and customs like to see actual addresses, not post offices. So let me know by today, since I am going on a week long vacation, so that I can give you a different address. Please make this right, I have been all but patient and a good consumer...

These were delayed in Europe and just recently started being released slowly, we have been told they should all be in transit by Monday.

I don't know if you know who I am. I am the poor soul you are screwing on a daily basis and is trying to convince me that my package is coming when it clearly is not. I really feel bad for all of your customers because I feel their pain. Your bullshit website recently claims to be not taking orders because you are "trying to fix current ones" Well if you are why don't you stop lying to customers saying the package is on the way to delay time when you can send out A DAMN NEW PACKAGE!!! If I don't get a new package sent out soon I am going to slander your name all over the internet and make sure every single person knows what they are getting into if they are stupid enough to order from your scam of a company. These were held in a European hub and never released. They are now being resent from a new location. New Tracking numbers will be able to be requested in one week.

Super fun!!! I'm sure your experience is very similar if you ordered from these guys. We need to find some way to shut down these scam artists down. Really feel bad for the people that lost a G or more on these people. I only lost 80+ dollars but to me thats not cheap since I am lucky enough to work the fastfood business. All I know is that I won't rest till these guys won't steal another penny from one more person.
