Here is a Review.
This company is located in the old soviet union state of Moldova.
They will provide you a list of scammers to pick up your cash.
They do this very effectivly and are promopt in this matter.
However, Once your cash is recived by one of the "money picker-uprs" then the transaction is finished and you get the " be patient" e-mails from the "Tickets" you submit from God Old Willie
I would not recommend a purchase from this firm.

SCAM - Stay out of the Old Soviet States
The board Rep's are stating 90% of their orders are being delivered in 7-14 days. This could not be further from the truth. I'm now going into weeks (as in many) with no sign of getting what I ordered. Based on the feedback I'm seeing I believe 10% (at best) are actually making delivery. Seems to be one excuse after another. Weather, Postal, etc. It wouldn't suprise me to see them blaming it on "Santa Claus" next....
They SCAM me,I buy a order in june and i havent recive it,please dont buy to they,the prodcuts are cheaper and good,but if they dont send it they Scam the people.
They deceive people. Requested new monitoring forwarding number, and tell me that is not yet possible. Have patience. Always the same. We can do nothing against these scammers?
Only received pct, not the brand I ordered however. Still waiting for the other half of my order which I am not confident I will receive before next year.
AnonLet me start this off by saying naps use to be the man. Ordered in middle of June and nothing, still. They have gone down hill fast in the last 3-4 months.

I have used naps seveal times with no issues. This time however has been terrible. I emailed them after 1month and got the same message that has been posted here on the review page the past couple of days. They asked me to wait another week for a new tracking number and now they are saying that its still not available. Stay away from them, I will never use them again.

I think at this rate we should see goodies around 2012.
Put in a ticket regarding a new tracking number and to see if package had been resent. Guess what? They didn't even bother to answer, just closed out the ticket. Awesome customer service, right? Wasn't it like two or three weeks ago that the infamous NapsRep said we would be able to get a new TN within 7-10 days? Or something like that? And why hasn't he been on here for a few weeks? Would like to get some updates. I have been waiting since March. WTF?!?! PISS POOR ALL AROUND COMPANY!

Prior to 2011 naps was great, since the start of the year there have been issues, first round of issues got pack after a 2 month wait (back in march), postage dates on letter didn't match up to what they said whatsoever but was happy to get my goodies and they were good, now I've been waiting on a order for 3 fucking months like many many others
So unless things change drastically I will never buy from them again

I like everyone else is still waiting on an order from june. They always treated me well in the past but i think something is wrong on there end and they are not saying what it is. I was offered a large discount on my next purchase we will see if that holds true. i have (like everyone else) sent messages every ten days and the reply wait another 7-10 days its coming. I recently waited 20 days and sent another message or trouble ticket. i have not received a reply and my trouble ticket was deleted. so, maybe someday i will be getting a present in the mail.
