At one point I decided to only order domestic but couldn't find a source with a selection like Naps. Naps is almost a one stop shop (accessories?). I've ordered a few times now, including their free stuff promo. After dealing with naps I've changed my mind about domestic only. These guys are pissa.

I had question before ordering once, it was answered promptly. I had one small issue after receiving, answered and reshipped promptly.
If I was a douche I could complain about the T/A time because some douches don't realize a lot of international packages get held up in customs. Customs held one of my packs for 2 weeks. Naps packages discreetly and ships asap. Once it's out of their hands the remaining time it takes to get to your door has nothing to do with them.
With the selection, current prices, sales, coupons codes.... it's no wonder only negative reviews I see come "new" tags....
The service has been very poor. I have changed my order three times and its frustrating because its not on my end. Its not easy to get a hold of these guys and all the while you are in limbo. No good feedback. I am still waiting on my order. i would not recommend!!

I have to second what "Xchu" wrote about the stress of constantly having to change payment info. I had to go to my local money wire place no less than 3 times (and wait interminably each time among some shady people). Also lost money because I paid the transfer fee twice. Turned out I didn't have to do that. Wish Naps had told me that initially, along with other pertinent info. I also had to discover on my own there were problems with my order. Never got an email. Stressful, worrisome, time-consuming and, yes, with a "shady" feel. I understand precautions need to be taken; just wish I'd been kept more in the loop and it wasn't such a hassle.
Order still hasn't shipped. But I'm trusting the major hurdles are now over with?

Initial online note regarding the processing problem could've been much clearer (when I first read it I semi-freaked-out thinking LE was coming for me). I do give them credit though for diligently answering emails once you send them.
I have made several orders from these guys and not once has there been any problems.As a matter of fact the last order was for 7 bottles of Andromix and they sent me 9,defenitly cant complain bout that,nor do I have anything bad to say bout them.

these guys are the best quality gear and the cheapest I recommend them to anyone.just so you know im not affiliated with them in anyway im just an average joe.

-1I will order from Naps for all my cycles. My first order was a test, it ended up being money well spent.
GP Oxan (Anavar), GP Clen, GP T3.
Support wasn't the greatest if you chat with a live person. I wired my money via the instructions on the website and the live chat person told me at a later date that they weren't accepting that method of payment anymore. Needless to say I panicked, however the money was in my NapsGear wallet the next day. You'd be better of PMing them in a forum than the live chat.
It took less than a week for my shipment to arrive, all in one package.
First order and now a customer for life! Already ordered again.
Geneza Nolva, Clem, A-dex, Test E, HCG, and Tren Ace.
Communication was quick if you PM napsgear on here otherwise you'll be waiting longer for a reply if you try to go through the website. When I asked where the second package was since it had been 5 weeks the guy was a little rude and not professional but answered what needed to be answered. (If you want to run the best business you'll have to have good customer service to the people sending you their money)
The first package came in two weeks. The second package came five weeks later. All were in good shape and packaged well.
Overall I was happy that it all came and that I did get answers to my questions. I already have ordered again.
I've placed over 20 orders with naps and had received all of them with success in the past except this time,they want to blame me for their mistakes,this whole situation is shady to me,I started having to run back to fix payment info due to their mistakes,and then my address zip appears to be missing a number since the process of this order was so stressful I remember entering the address perfectly,I've placed many orders and always check the info more than twice to avoid losses,and inconveniences.Their mistakes made the payment process very stressful plus I had to wait 10 days for this order to be shipped,to me my info was altered!

Delivered 5 days before countdown showed. I live on the Westcoast in USA so it did take about 3 and a half weeks to get gear but well worth the wait.

I owe Naps apologies. My first order did not make it through customs and I cried like a little b***h. I thought it was a loss or I got scammed. That could not have been farther from the truth. After 30 days Naps honored their reship policy and I received my order today. They have me as a customer for life. Just need to order two months in advance to cover any unplanned issues. I will never use express mail again. It is just a big red flag for customs.

A little slow answering service tickets but they always responded in a day or two and always very professional. The key is to not reopen an old ticket and start a new one to continue a conversation.

I am very happy with my cycle. I have been using AAS for about 10 years now and have done many cycles. I have ordered Geneza many times in the past for myself and others. The products are always top notch and very very smooth to inject. Incredibly thin and extremely strong.
The only problem I have had during this cycle is that I started Letro at the beginning to help drop some water fast. I was using ½ tab daily for the first week, then ½ tab daily for the 2nd and 3rd week. By the end of the third week I was getting some really dry and “tight” joints. I dropped the Letro before real pain set in. So the Letro is definitely G2G. (This problem is not because of Naps or Geneza but because of my own impatience)

+ 1After reading so much good reviews here i decide to place an order, but unfortunately i was disappointed.
Ordered on 22.04, order was splitted in 3 packages but i only received one because they have shipped the other tow packages not from the EU - i don't know why, because these guys are EU domestic...i thought.
I can only warn other people from the EU to order by these guys, they do not ship all their gear from the EU and so it's impossible to know what you can order and what not.

Very fast but not really helpful.

+ 1I did a small order the first time around, just to be cautious as I usually buy from a local source. I messed up a few couple times on the payments, but everything still went through with the instructions they posted on the things I messed up on. I was pleased with this source, out of a couple sources Ive purchased gear from, and so much though that I just put in a larger order today.
Dianabol 10mgs, 200 of them.
Everything is done via a little control panel on their website. Its very helpful, and you get e-mails each time the status of your order updates - which is very pleasing because I didnt even think to look at the "Pending" to "Shipped" spot in my order after I sent payment successfully. Didnt use the live help, but I will this order to ask for a tracking number.
I wasn't at home when the package was first delivered, so I had to go pick it up at the post office. I was a little wary about it. When I was handed the package, it looked like a normal package - very discreet honestly. The only markings were the international shipping labels. The packaging was good on the inside too. Even though I only ordered orals, the inside packaging made me comfortable enough to order a larger order, including vials this time. I had to kind of find my goods inside of everything. Took about 2 weeks to get gear from shipped status, under the delivery estimation.
Happy enough with this order that I placed another order today.
I ordered from Naps a while back, so this review is a bit overdue.
First of all, I never received any of my PCT I ordered. Nolvadex and Clomid. Instead I got 2-3 packages of HCG shipped to me, which I did not ask for. I did get my vials and orals, and I even got a oral I didn't ask for in my package. But I was a little annoyed I did not receive my Clomid and Nolva.

AnonOk Naps was kind enough to sponsor me for a contest prep cycle which is consisting of GP Andromix and GP test cyp. The Andromix has fully kicked in night sweats and strength increase all around. I am using 2ml eod and loving it. Next to no pain at all with the GP product line. I've been using GP for years and has never let me down. My weight is down to 197lbs 15lbs away from my target weight but I'm on the right track increased vascularity no loss of appetite at all. A truly fantastic product! The test cyp has not kicked in yet but I'm only three weeks I to the cycle so anytime now I should notice it. Thanks again napsgear!
