I have been using Napsgear for a couple years now along with a couple others. Recently i made a couple orders adding up too $2500.00. I received one order but not the second. What happened is I split my order between two separate transactions to play it safe and the second transaction was placed my old mailing address some how. I noticed it and sent them a email asap and the customer service responded quickly saying that the new address had been changed and to confirm the correct address and so i did, packaged shipped two days later. They never changed the address on the package! so it went to my old address and was sent back to them, except they have no way of actually getting the package back. so they told me it is lost. Asked for a reship and they said no due to wrong address. They confirmed they changed the address before it ever left them. So now they are ignoring me and i am out of 46 products and $1350.00.

Do not order from them yeah some of the products are great and some are bunk and some burn like fire but there is not loyalty and no consideration when things go south.

Order at your own risk i just hope you have deep pockets in case it doesn't work out becuase you will be high and dry.

Good communication for years until this now can't get them to respond.

I have had trouble with them giving me a tracking number, i did ask for the tracking number for these packages three times and kept getting "i do NOT" have a tracking number for these packages. If i could of gotten the tracking number i could of seen the problem and sent a forwarding address.

I really hate that it had to go down like this but they really did me wrong here. Just beware if you have trouble your just high and dry, loyalty means nothing.

My first order with them, was looking for someone carrying GP. Ordered their GP sus 270, which was half price special of the week. Received in 11 days from time shipped. Best test I've done since preloads from Mexico, which was 9 times more expensive. The 20 mg of acetate is a great kicker. I am definitely going with them again. And, product was tight and protected in shipping.

I've known about naps since the beginning of time, have heard some bs about them but after seeing them blow up on eroids decided to place an order. I can vouch that the bs I heard was exactly that:BS. I was very very pleased with communication, you stay updated through the whole process and even got an email with an estimated delivery date. The pack came on that exact date. Ordered Geneza Sust 270, Clen, T3, Letro, and Turinabol. Results from Sust and Turinabol were as expected so I was pleased with that. The first time I took the t3 it felt like my thyroid was literally heating up, maybe mental but I can say that combining 50mcg of t3 with 80mcg of clen has dropped my bodyfat from 7% to 5% in 2 weeks.

I have been reading some of the reviews and cant believe some of the shit said about naps and the peoples negative reviews. I really think its the customer 95% of the time that does not read all the instructions and understand what there doing. And the second they think something is wrong and Naps is out to screw them they make a bad review on here and talk shit. **** Well Im here to say I been placing orders with Naps for years now and never had one missing order. I never had a problem with getting ahold of someone from Naps about a question. Never Lost any of my money. I can really say I have made about 15 or more orders from them over the last few years. Shipping is always the same for me about 14 days and I have everything all or my order. I also have orded just about everything Naps has to offer at one time or another. I also have never thought something wasnt right about there products. Its always been very effective! Good Quality! And real as it gets people. I highly recommend Naps and everyhing they have to offer. Especilly there Geneza Pharm.

This is my 5th time ordering from napsgear. I think they now have another life time customer.

Delivery this time was superb, it took less than a week to get it over to the UK. Passed customs with no problems at all. Shipping times were amazing.

The packaging was extremely discreet, I wasn't even sure what it was myself until I opened it.

I ordered 8 vials of GP andromix, I heard good reviews from this product and it didn't fail to amaze me. I put on roughly 10kg over 10 weeks at 1ml/day. I had so many comments from my friends in the gym and people in work. I also had quite a few people asking me what I was using.. so, as you can imagine this really noticeable stuff.
I also ordered some GP arimidex, letrozole and exemestane which as always, did an excellent job at keeping the water off.

So I have ordered from Naps about 10+ times in the past 2 years and there has only been one minor problem so that's awesome service. I am currently in week 9 of Geneza Pharm Test C. and E.Q. This shit is on point! Appetite is up but I am running a calorie deficit diet to get ripped. Strength, libido, and everything else is through the roof. I will throw some Tren E. in the mix in another 4 weeks to really get things going. The tren e. is amazing. I took the GP Tren e last summer and it gave me some amazing results.

I have used naps, 4 times before. Ths is my 5th. The last time however, took 5 weeks of shipping, finally when I made a stink, they re shipped. It came 7 DAYS!!! From the ship date once it was " re shipped " . So if this was the case it could have came in 7 days originally lol. I will say the gp anadrol, WAS AMAZING. UNREAL. Went from 315 - 0 to 315 for 9. Also tren was fantastic to.

Wish I could pay for that express ship again!! They would get 10 times the business if shipping didn't take as long, ( I know it isn't all their fault and customs etc just saying!!)

Never received my order. I sent a wire transfer through WU for ~300 $. My email account on hushmail has since been deleted for not logging in (my fault) so I doubt there's any way to recover my money or product. Partially my fault, but point is I lost my $ and never received my order..

My last experience with Napsgear has been awesome.

I'd tried a full 10 weeks cycle with Andromix/Helios with oral Stanozol 8 weeks and Oxandrolone during the last days, adding t3 and Anastrozole to control side effects, and it has been extremely satisfactory. With a full PCT protocol I've notice huge gains, with no sex drive loose or any other disconfort.

The order arrived on time with no inconveniences, everything right-packed and fast enough to be surprised.

I would recommend for sure Napsgear and I will be there on my next cycle in the future.

I placed and paid for my order on 05/25/2013 and still have not received anything. naps has not gotten back to me. i got a tracking number that does not work and it is now 6/16/2013 more than 3 weeks later than advertised time.

before i had placed an order with naps i checked out their assessments here on eroids. i thought.. ok, the most of the reviews and comments are positive, and the page from them.. bonus cash program, reshipping, live support.. hmmm, does it really works? I tell you brothers, it works. I have made several orders with naps and i cant say anything negative about this guys - in the opposite, they have the best quality gear and prices

I ordered on 5/5 from naps haven't recieved anything now it's 6/15 40 days later still no word . I don't know if naps is legit or not?

did tons of research and hit it right the first time out... I posted one earlier but haven't seen it so I will write another.

First off let me start by saying that I'm new to this game but by no means would I spend my hard earned money foolishly. With that said, I choose Naps and It was definitely the right decision. I received my entire order in tact within three weeks which is exactly when Naps says your order will arrive. This was my first order with Naps and I'm sticking with them. I've already placed another order and looking forward to future business with them.

Well let me start with the Big Guy from NAPS hes awesome i received my order but there was 2 bottle of that i never ordered and two items that i was missing. I took pics and PM him that i was missing some items and that i received two other items instead. First and last time every dealing with Naps and don't let them burn you! The service from them has been extremely poor since day one. My transaction with them has been going on since the beginning of May. My first payment got cancelled and I lost out on $35, which is due to their end not mine. Never saw any type of refund for it and informed them about this on live chat, which I never got a response on regarding the issue or cut off constantly. Then after waiting five days the payment finally went through. I understand they are dealing with WU issues, but why should the customer loose out on money. Now been waiting three weeks for a $500 order, which is not going to show. I do love in a non reship country, but after speaking to customs the packaging was a complete joke and how could it not be seized. I truly thought they cared about their customers and would put a little effort into making sure packages are received! Save your money and stay away from Naps.

napsgear.net is now and will always be the only site I trust with my money. They always deliver fast, and have the best customer support team. All of there products I've ordered have been top notch. I still don't know how they get there prices so low with such a high quality product. I would never bother going through a different site. I'm super impressed with there shipping, customer support, and of course there high quality product.

Napsgear... Over 5 weeks ago I placed an order with this company and still have not received my order.. When I finally decided to contact them I got "please be patient your order is on its way". That is hard to believe since the tracking number doesn't even show the package in the USA!! Do not order from naps!!

timeframe for my order was 2-3 weeks and it arrived in greece within 3 business days.
this was my first and small order to check things out and im going to place a bigger one in the next days.

I had an issue with a package that wasn't received and PM'd Naps and the order was reshipped and arrived within 2 weeks. I have made a lot of orders over the last year and a half or so since learning of Naps from a friend who had also used them for a couple of years with great success. It is by far the best site with the best products that I have ever used. Just wanted to throw this out for all those that are having issues.. Nothing but love for my Brother Naps!!
