Okay so this was my first order and here is how it went. Below is a timeline of the entire order process. As you can see there was a little issue with WU and the receiver of the funds. Being that it wasnt my fault, Naps was nice enough (without me even saying anything or complaining) to throw in some extras at no charge for the hiccup.

So the order shipped on 6-22 and was expected to make it over the Atlantic to the US in 2-3 weeks. I come home yesterday and have a notice from the post office about a package. NO WAY did i think it was my naps order, but sure enough when i went to the post office this morning to pick up the package, there it was. 6 days!!!!!! thats crazy fast.. Package was perfectly packed and everything was there. Cant say enough about naps. I will def be making many many more orders in the future.

I placed a huge order with Naps. A series of orders, actually, totaling over 700 bottles. I utilized their bulk prices and discounts. This was a very challenging order and had multiple receiving addresses. I dealt predominantly with their representative on eroids to handle any questions or issues. He seems to have full access to all areas of their operation. He handled everything professionally and dealt calmly with me, even when I was worried about an order of this size. I have used GP gear exclusively for the past 4-5 years. I love the test/deca blend and the tren ace.

Full order took some time to complete for security reasons. Had to be shipped in stages. For the most part, I was well informed about T/A with everything. Packaging was first rate and no problems with delivery.
Again, a huge order. Any issues I had were handled quickly by their eroids rep. Focus on him, not their online chat. They tend to have only partial information regarding orders.
This was my first order with Napsgear, Wanted to try a small order to test it out and see how the process went. I was thoroughly impressed with the process. Fast to reply to any questions and was nice to chat with when needed.

Excellent, I only had to contact them once to clear up a question about the delivery time displayed on my account screen. Was very quick to answer the online chat and respond with an answer.
Very Discreet and well packed, I didnt think it was my order until I opened it. Received it a LOT faster than I thought I would. From payment to receive was less than a week.
i was really impressed with the delivery time. Product was received a lot faster than expected, according to the site, I still shouldn't see it for a couple days, had it almost two weeks ago now.
2nd order with Naps. Ordered 4 bottles of Accordo RX Test E from the Canadian Domestic again. Items arrived super fast (within 3 days of the money being picked up), and I've been on for about 8 weeks now and everything is awesome, definitely legit test. Will be running out the remainder of this cycle and definitely placing another order.

First order, didn't go as planned, they couldn't find the money i transferred but eventually it was sorted. Items arrived. 2nd order placed and checked tracking number and it specifically says that the item is undeliverable by customs on the fedex tracking.
I have spoke to naps about this via there support and they say its still in custom and I have explained that it will not get delivered and now they have deleted my message i sent them.
I thought these guys had a re-delivery policy?
So the 2nd order went terrible, nothing received, held by customs and stated as a Shipment Exception , Undeliverable Package.

+ 1Left my favorite source to order naps Var special. What a nightmare! Not only am I out 500$, Naps puts the blame on me, saying I probably didn't fill out the form correctly. Not only did I fill out the form correctly I sent them the receipt (3 times) of my bank wire to check that all the information was correct (which it is, it's exactly like the information from their website). After filling out numerous online tickets, Naps continues to say either the information was incorrect, or I put the wrong beneficiary. if Naps would just check my Dang receipt they would see all the information is correct!
After all my frustration I spent more money to have a Tracer done on the bank wire and the tracer shows that the money is sitting in naps account. Either naps refuses to acknowledge they have my money, or they messed up and gave the money to someone else.

Online chat is okay if you can get a hold of them. 50% of the time it boots you off. when you do get through, the online chat representative is very friendly but he can't do anything about billing.
Filling out an online ticket for billing requires great patience. They take several days to respond back and when they do respond back they just give you one line responses. Every response they blamed it on me. They could've clearly checked my receipt to see that all the information was correct. Yet they did not
Naps online billing service continues to act like losing $500 is no big deal for me. I will take everything back if Naps makes this right. My friends at the gym are just shaking their heads wondering why I left the big green man company. I hope naps makes this right as the money is clearly in their account, I just wish they would acknowledge that. This has been a horrible first time buying experience
EODguyWell, I waited 2.5 weeks to post my review. I got my stuff in exactly 3 weeks. I ordered the Geneza winstrol and test C. Adter 2.5 weeks on it, I'm already up 12 pounds in weight. I've never had this good of a reaction to any other gear before. This shit is GOOD!

I had a couple questions for customer service with naps and once i used the online support and my question was answered helpfully in less than 2 minutes. I had a question regarding payment emailed support and had my answer back within 6 hours. I was very pleased with both of these but that is to be expected. About 6 months ago i did not receive one of my PCT packages in the appropriate time, i contacted naps and followed their ticket system and after doing exactly what was asked of me i had my package reshipped and was to my door in 14 days. I was amazed with their support on that especially considering the importance of PCT. Awesome support
Packaging is always perfect, safe, protected, and discrete. I was surprised to see how fast some of my orders came and so far i haven't had any go beyond the allotted time except for the lost package, which was quickly reshipped and received.
Glad i could get own to show naps a little love for all that they have done for me. I love the product of the week too i think its great and it is usually something anyone could use.....how can you beat GP Test E on sale! They are so g2g words cant explain...i wont ever leave them as long as service and products are this exceptional.

+ 1My brother and I made our first order, and WOW! GP sus 270 for 24.5 in 11 days. Now that I know they are gtg, I am now a customer for life. Been on cyp for years and am trying sus for the first time. GP sus is as good as I was told. Napsgear.net answered all our questions and were very informative. Napsgear send to me 3 separate parcels with all the products of the order. I receive two parcels. A pack of $ 270 does not come from me. I ask about; they send me the tracking number of the package.
By tracking online I see that they were wrong to write the my address and that someone in another city withdrew my pack.
I am writing to Napsgear to report the error, I send an email directly, no response, I send another email, no response, I have opened three urgent ticket but they do not fall under any of the three.
...
They seemed serious and do not understand why so little to spoil a future and profitable collaboration.
