I have never left a bad review in my life - Read my other reviews about Naps... nothing but the best; but something weird is happening here. Order #xxxxxxx. I was told to wait until Wednesday - It has been 17 days since my money was picked up - One half of the order has a dummy tracking number while the other half of the order has no tracking information whatsoever. I am sure the first half has not been shipped yet and the other half I know nothing about... still not shipped? I spent $1000's with these guys over the years... what is going on??? This order was over $1k.....

Hello everyone this is my second order from naps and my last.. had a lot of trouble and my order was canceled 2 times because payment wasn't received so i had to get proof from western union for confirmation of received payment so i waited for that, finally sent it to them and still haven't resolved the problem and keep giving me run arounds ill be taking my business elsewhere just lost a good customer and to all my eroid friends beware just a friendly warning

Its been 22 days since Naps confirmed the receipt of my payment and they still didn't ship the package which is ridiculous. It says 2-3 days on their site, so I am extremely disappointed with their service. I would understand a slight delay on some big orders, but I only purchased a few simple products...
Their support is not helping either, the only response is: "Allow more time..."
I absolutely do not recommend them unless waiting for months is not a problem for you...
PS: I wonder how many of these reviews are fake, written by their own employees...

Poor. I've opened a couple of support tickets and all I've got in response was: "Allow us more time..."
Only ordered Raloxifene and armidex. Adex was for end of cycle only, somehow ran out of other product, but it seemed to work. Ralox is taking care of a lump so it obv works.

Just posting the experience, not how I feel about it. Ordered Jan 2, money sent Jan 3. My funds were picked up the 10th, order shipped the 16th. Received I believe Feb 4th. An order this small maybe didn't have them running out the door to pick up the funds, nbd.

2nd order with naps. 1st order was received in 3 weeks from payment to product at my door. This order is now just over 3 weeks since payment and it has not even been shipped yet. I'll probably make 1 more order thru Naps before I decide to give em up or stick with em.

+ 1Quality was superb on all products, can not speak on the hcg yet no need for it in this cycle. Test was high quality, clear oil with little to no pip on all sites, very pleased. I felt increased strength and was a powerhouse in the gym only running around 400ml per week. Started really kicking in about the 3rd week which I broke PR's all over the court and some gym mates were curious of my new pre-workout Lol. The quality of the Dbol was superb, way too much for a first cycle IMHO, and should have stuck with test only but now I know. I ran the dbol for about 3 weeks as a kicker to this cycle and wow can you say STUPID PUMP. I started with 20mg for the first 2 weeks then bumped it up to 30 split through the day on the 3rd week. My liver was not so hot and the lower back pumps during exercises like squats was too much for me so I dropped it, but as for quality I must say top of the line there and the price is definitely right.

-1Wow Naps.... Great service!!! My order was GH Yellow tops and I have two point I like to make.
Naps picked up my MG payment on the 13th, says to wait 2-3 business days before shipping. On the 19th I sent customer support a message asking when my order will go out since it is now 4 business days since they picked up payment. Within 30 min they got back to me with the message "Chinese warehouse is experiencing some delays in shipping the packages due to the a huge number of the packages accrued during their holidays." This had me worrying on how long this might take since I was going to run out of current GH in 2 weeks. I contacted the Naps rep on this site and he got back to me in less than 24hrs. Although at this point I got a email saying my Order was Shipped on the 20th but I was still worried if my order would get to me in time. Naps rep here assured me it would arrive within 10 days. One day latter on the 21st my order arrived. Talk about quick, from China to the US in 1 day that I got my "order was shipped" email. Also only 8 days from the point my money was picked up.

-1I placed yet another order from Naps. This is my 12th order and as always I am happy with Naps. There was some trouble with the order as the site was hacked and my payment was redirected to the hackers. This caused some trouble with my shipment but I will say I was happy with the way Naps handled it. They stepped up and shipped out my order after we determined what had happened. As always I am happy with the GP gear I got! It is all well dosed and good clean gear.

It takes up to a week for the receiver to collect the funds.
It takes up to a week to process the order.
It takes 2-3 days after you receive the shipped notice to receive a tracking number. And then it sits in the place of orgin. It's like what happened a couple years ago. It seems like packages are getting held up and they're overwhelmed with the orders.
Typical delivery from start to finish is two weeks. I'm going on 30 days on a couple orders and looking for a reship.

Usually great, but lately poor delivery and funds pickup.

The best service out there OMG!!!!! They products works great as any pharmaceutical United States brand or even better. I felt the test fast and got me very strong and lean. Love all their Geneza brands the best out there.

I needed to contact their support because the last order I made was split into two separate shipments and I didnt understand why. When i emailed them I received a follow up email that day letting me know that they had items coming from different locations and that my tracking information for the second package would be available within a few days. Just as they said the tracking information was provided conveniently on their site within a few days and all was well. Extremely disappointed with their service. This was my first purchase through them and my order was not received.
I contacted them early on, opened a help ticket through their site, for information on tracking the package. No help was given. All they did was reply with a tracking number and said contact my postal service, the same tracking number that was given to me when the order was shipped,(pointless). My help ticket was imediately given a "closed" status, no further help was given.
I gave it time and contacted them a second time within the time frame their site recommended. Again after their first reply my help ticket was given a "closed" status and I was ignored.
I never asked to be reimbursed, I never asked for a re-ship. All I asked for was help in tracking the package I paid for and never received. A tracking number is useless if the postal service on my end has no record of it and if I'm not given information from where, what country and what service the package was originally sent from.
I was excited and hoping for good things from them but I guess you live and learn.
International customer go elsewhere. Sadly, I do not recommend these guys if you like quality service.

I had a question regarding splitting an order into two separate physical packages in order to be more discreet. My question was answered via email twice because I was delayed in responding to the live chat help. Though really didn't need to communicate, they professionally, answered me within 18 hours.
The packaging obviously does not attract attention considering I have received them all. This last order was equally packaged. The glass products were delivered without any damage. In a past order, I was sent 20 amps of primobolan and not one was broken when I carefully dissected the package..... I was almost shocked.
I think I have placed six orders with naps over the past 6-7 months. They were mostly small, compact and conservative. Some of the products in the past were for a friend, which is why i haven't reviewed on those completely. My point is,.... all have been received! AND i received them in a timely fashion..... about two weeks from pick up of funds. Im new to naps, eroids and the mail order source scene, but I am truly impressed, and at times, amazed by the reliable and professional system napsgear has in place.

Shipping has gotten a ton faster from 2009 until now. Naps is only a few days slower than my domestic source.
** I have always got my package. This comes from overseas, it takes time ! don't blow dude up with a million PM's because you didn't get your package in 4 days.
