+ 1So I used to order from another supplier and it took me a while to even find a legit one but his site went down. I quickly came to naps and read nothing but good reviews so I chose him to order from. Let me tell you as of now I'm not let down at all. I ordered small which was only 50 amps of testoviron. I heard shipping was slow and I got my amps in 2 weeks... I wonder what normal shipping speed is! Like 5 days probably. Well ill test these baby's out and write another review on the product but as of shipping and receiving what you ordered naps is the fucking man. Trust him and order with confidence

The only question I asked naps was about how long inbetween collecting the money and the time it took him to ship the product was because it had been 7 days. He answered me within a couple hours and was letting me know that things were a little backed up.
Packaging was great and carefull. Everything was perfect
Orderd twice from naps, after reading rvws I expected to wait. Both did arrive eventually after about a month, no biggie as I wasnt on a time hack.
Some products do ship seperately and from India and at first I thought I got shorted but the rest of my oorder did arrive.
A few basics and their pre made simple mass stack.
And their basic PCT stack.
It was ok, took a min for a response but they did supply all info I needed and seemed eager to keep me happy.
If ur in a rush naps aint for u. But if u have time use them, they estimated around 2-3 wks i think, both orders were a month and some change. Pretty standard packaging, discreet and well protected
Im satusfied with quality but again, if u want ur gear delivered like yesterday Naps may not be the best fit for u. If u have some time and stay stress free theyare good togo.
I originally ordered from Naps' because of a suggestion by a friend. At first I was skeptical on the entire concept, ordering online has always seemed kind of off to me. So my first order was rather small, just to test the waters, and I haven't been disappointed since. I have since ordered on five separate occasions with varying products, sizes of orders, even various sales and alternate labs. However the shipping has always been quite fast, and my order was handled well every time, and I've never experienced anything resembling a problem that wasn't my own fault.

I want to be able to write a review on the communication and support, but I have never needed it to be fully honest. On a certain level I felt like I should have at least made the attempt, but at that my point my order would ship and I would get it a few days later and render the idea useless.
The packaging has always been superb. I did receive one order where the outside package was ripped (I blame the mail handlers) however the secondary packaging inside was fine. Felt like they managed to dodge a major bullet, and get me my order by being thorough.
To say nothing of the packaging of the product itself inside of the outer packing, which is quite excellent as well. While it may be a bit of a pain in the ass to get it out of all the wrapping, I'd rather be inconvenienced by this than not get my order.
I fully intend to order more from Naps in the future. Next on my list for products to try is probably the Primobolan, and EQ. I have also wanted to order some Test 400 for months, but it has been consistently unavailable when I have looked. Which is less of a big deal than it may sound, as all of their other products I have wanted have been readily available. So I may post an additional review if or when I order and try these products out.
It has been 3 months since I wait for my goods, I sent many e-mail but I stay without answer. Naps is incapable to verify or to phone at the carrier's to know or is my goods.i am really disappointed by their SAV(AFTER-SALES SERVICE), he serves nothing.

I have sent about 4/5 orders in recent years, which have occurred with pleasure and serenity and
i have used my first underground products with the compagny Geneza Pharmaceutical with a therapeutic dose during 10 weeks each look like :
Week 1 - 3 GP Methan 10, 20mg per day

I liked the results, energy, feel very good in general, good pump.
I met two problems, one the vial arrived broken, the second particle in a vial of my favorite GP Prima 100 product.
After some exchange, my problems have been resolved.
Communication and support has been more than perfect.
I take this opportunity to say thank once again the interest you have made me
Well packaged, very discreet.

Discreet packaging
Well this is my 2nd order from naps, first order went smoothly with no problems. But I guess, things don't always run smoothly. I ordered on 12feb14,and now it's 04mar14, and I still haven't received my order. Hopefully it comes soon.
UPDATE- 07Mar14 just received my order, great packaging! But one problem, 3 of the vials I received were cracked and leaking. I'm not sure if naps has a return policy, I'm gonna have to check if they do. Anyway besides the vial mishap I'm very pleased with the time of shipment, and the overall packaging. Great service!
UPDATE- 14MAR14 Sent pics of the broken vials, and naps is sending a reshipment , great customer service!

My last order with Naps Gear was for an Anavar cutting cycle. I ordered 3 X GP Oxan 50x10mg, GP Clen 100x40mcg, Clomid 25mg x 100, propecia X 50.
I have used the GP Oxandrolone before and liked the results. This time was similar. They are a good value although I havent tried many other brands. I got some amazing pumps and increased all my lifts by a good amount during this cycle. I highly recommend combining any Oxandrolone cycle with creatine. They have synergistic qualities and works so well together.
The clen was great and really helped me drop fat while adding lean muscle mass on my cycle.
The clomid was effective and did the tricks for PCT after this cycle.
My package arrived about 19 days after it being shipped. All good with the packaging and the time it took to arrive. I will use this service for my future cycles.

I had no need to communicate with the customer support as I received my order on time.
Based on high scores and ranking, I decided to give Naps a try for the first time; however, so far it has been disappointing for me. Things looked very positive at first. When I entered my payment info, less than 24 hrs later, I get a status update saying my order was Paid/Processing (money collected). Two weeks have passed now...status has not changed ever since. The order still has not shipped.
I read other people's reviews, and it very confusing how many say they have ordered for years so many times without problems, always fast shipping, great communication, etc... kinda makes one wonder (or suspicious)... I mean you notice a handful of bad reviews (similar to mine), then suddenly two handfuls of exaggerated, great reviews posted on top. I think I'll keep an eye on my own review for the next few days.
Anyway, whatever excuses, stories, explanations there are for such delays of shipment, the fact remains... My order status is still "Not shipped yet" after two weeks. -- not happy.

They do "respond" quickly, but usually with simple one liners like "I"ll look into it" and close the case. Wait a few days and ask again, I'll get a "...still looking into it" response, and case closed. If simply responding counts as "good communication", then so be it, but I'm definitely not feeling the "Support"

I always check their "product of the week" section. It's usually something I was going to buy anyway, and usually 50% off.

Naps was great at getting my order reshipped. Though the turnaround time could have been better, I don't fault Naps for this. They were willing to reship before I received my seizure letter. IMO, Shipping times for overseas orders are less than consistent from any supplier.
In the past my orders came in well packaged containers.
Naps has great prices and quality gear.
The best service out there!!!!! They products works great as any pharmaceutical United States brand or even better. I put on 17 lbs in 4 weeks by using Jintani labs D-Ball with deca and sustanon. Thanks to the customer support for giving me the confidence to purchase this gear as prior to this I was only using Geneza Pharmaceuticals gear.

I honestly do not understand the negative feedback on naps. This was my second time ordering and everything was beyond timely and the quality was excellent. I did a simple 10 week test prop cycle and gained roughly 20lbs at the peak, only losing about 5 pounds pct. My first cycle with them was tbol and that stuff was GOOD TO GO; hard as a rock and a solid 10lbs of mass that I retained after the cycle- this was oral only fyi. I will only order from naps because I know what I am getting is the actual substance marketed.

Wow!Look at all the bad reviews.At least I see I am not the only one getting the run around.I paid on Feb 5th and still don't have a good tracking number for my order.This was my 11th order with them but it seems like they are shipping half the orders and robbing the other half ,every other review is bad.Beware all the praisers you might be in the other half next time.They definitely don't need to be ranked up there with good reliable sources drop them and make them ship these orders and earn their ranking!
