+ 1I have to say napsgear is my favorite web sight that I have ever discovered. It all started long ago when i began juicing and having to buy gear off sketchy friends of friends which i had no idea what I was putting into my body. It was not until one of friends who had ordered from naps said "why don't you order from naps"? Well, I gave it a try a boy was I happy. I have to say i've nearly tried most of there products and every thing is legit.

i contacted William on yr direct site but wasn't much help.
I have placed a few orders in the past and they usually went excellent but with this last order I have placed it got seized and I received a sizure letter from US customs so I emailed the naps support center and got an email back from william gorman who's the owner I guess and he wanted an email attatchment of the seizure letter so I sent it along with 5 other emails and nobody has gotten back with me at this point I am very disgruntled and this is by far the worst experience I've had with napsgear. They're acting as if they're not getting my emails so they don't have to reship me my product or something I don't know but I'm having a very upsetting experience with this whole this thing and would like some kind of resolution asap.

+ 1These guys are amazing.. I have had 4 orders with them all arrived within 3 weeks and very well packaged. I needed to contact their support because the last order I made was split into two separate shipments and I didnt understand why. When i emailed them I received a follow up email that day letting me know that they had items coming from different locations and that my tracking information for the second package would be available within a few days. Just as they said the tracking information was provided conveniently on their site within a few days and all was well. Strongly recommend these guys not only for their customer service but their vast selection and quality products.

+ 2I have nothing but good things to say about Napsgear. I've only had an issue with one past order. I was sent a different brand of HCG than I had ordered, along with an unlabeled Deca. The brand they'd sent had a recent "negative" "batch" going around and I was worried mine may have been from that group. I used the "Live Support" option to speak with a representative and the order was reshipped with the correct brand and a new vial of Deca, labeled. I hadn't realized, when ordering, that I had opted to receive without a label, an option given to increase the chances of clearing customs. Both reshipped items were received, and effective. Additionally, the questionable HCG ended up testing "positive" and the unlabeled Deca worked as well as the reship. I was in the wrong, yet they still took care of my issues. I highly recommend this company to any and everyone. They even offer many, not all, prescription medications at a fraction of US cost.

Great Communication and Support system. A tracking number is listed in your accounts order details for every order, once it has shipped. They also offer a "Live Support" option, allowing you to "live chat" with a representative about any questions or issues you may have.
T/A is as expected for an overseas source. Delivery time ranges from 7-21 days. Generally they take 1.5-2.5 weeks after my payment has been processed, however, I've had a couple show up in less than a week . You are given an estimated time frame for delivery with every order, along with a tracking number. Items come from various locations, so your order may be split into multiple packages and arrive at separate times, you are informed of this if it applies to your order.
I have little to no worries when using this company. I've never had a payment or delivery issue. Payment directions are very simple and trackers are ALWAYS given. They're international and do require a bit more patience, compared to domestic, but you're always treated with the utmost respect. I've had fewer issues here than with Amazon or ebay.
After paying way too much from a friend's friend who was a bodybuilder, I decided to give online a try. + 1I'm writing this review after a very positive experience shopping with Naps. My friends and myself did a large group order, and everyone is extremely satisfied! The GP products they offer are the only AAS that we trust enough to use for out pre-contest cycles! I made the mistake when placing the order of forgetting to include the apartment number in the shipping information. I had already paid, so everyone was worried the order would not arrive to the right place. I contacted Naps letting them know what had happend, and WITHIN MINUTES they had corrected the shipping information right on my account and the package arrived with no bumps in the road. Never had I had such quick communication from a seller here, and was amazed at how efficiently they fixed issue since they're such a large operation.

As stated above, I had made the mistake of not including the correct shipping information. I had already paid but naps was very quick to fix the issue for me and get the package moving in the right direction. Its also pretty cool that you can get free cycle advice on their site from their undercover pro, who is very straight forward about what to except from certain and wont just blow smoke up your ass to try and sell you extra gear. I really appreciate that guy's honest and educated opinions.
The donation was quickly picked up, within two days of sending. The product was promptly shipped and had arrived within two weeks. This international supplier is faster than some UGL's that I've used in the past! We are always impressed with the care taken and put into the packaging of the product as well. I've never received a broken tab or a cracked bottle. The packaging is also very inconspicuous.

It's been 45 days, since my order and this is the rundown:
It took them 3 days to collect the payment (oh they are fast to collect, but it ends there)
It took them 24 days to process the shipment, which is absolutely ridiculous (quote from their site: We ship all orders within 2-3 days of funds being picked up.)
And 18 days to arrive via airmail, just to get stuck in customs afterwards.
After I got the import forms from customs via mail, I realized that this package had ZERO CHANCE OF CLEARING CUSTOMS from the moment it was shipped.
I want to highlight just a few ridiculous mistakes from their side, which leads me to believe these guys are total amateurs:
They shipped my stuff from India (to EU), which instantly makes it much harder to clear customs.
They ship via a pharmaceutical company, which automatically means the package will be a subject of import taxes and the customs will request you to provide' em with the invoice of purchased goods, description of the contents and a link to the purchased items on a website.
These people obviously don't have a clue how customs in European Union works.
Obviously they cut all the communication, when the word "customs" came up...

I've placed 2 orders with naps now. Naps prices are extremely fair and their response time is 24 hrs or less every time in my experience. Both orders successfully passed customs and were received in good condition. All products are great and as advertised. I'm running Accordo RX Test E 250 @ 400mg/ wk. This is my first ever cycle. I saw stamina picking up in the 2nd week and started feeling it late in week 3. I'm half way thru week 4 now and it's kickin ass. Diet and training are on point and I've gained 8 lbs already. Can't wait to see where I'm at at week 12.

I received many items from sources on eroids. Mostly from what I can tell they have been legit and as described. However, I ordered Oraganon Sustanon from Naps because I wanted a quality and consistent dosage for TRT and since there are some reviews on their GP test that it was underdosed (from users that had lab work) in some batches and Naps acknowledged it blamed it on raw suppliers from China right here on eroids but no one ever stated what batch number, therefore I never used my GP test. Who the hell wants to not know the dosage they are taking? The item I received looks like the Oraganon Sustanon except that the batch numbers on the box do not match the ampules inside. The box is very poor quality and the print fades in certain areas of the Arabic print. The box says there is a leaflet inside which there is not. Also all the ampules are different heights and shapes on top which is from what I understand a sign of a fake not a characteristic of a brand named item.. I do believe that there is test in this item because I did try it and know what to expect but I do not believe this item is from Oraganon as represented.
GP primo, not sure what to think. Loss weight using 600 mg eating to gain size with 500 mg of test stopped at week 8 from joint pain dry joints and inability to get estrogen levels from being crashed. Must have something in it maybe a diaretic, anti e? Not what I expected but then again I have never done Schering Primo because I don't trust anyone to sell the real thing.

I tried to PM Naps but no response to friend request. I opened a ticket on their site which is how you contact them concerning these matters and no response.
Items have always arrived within weeks well packaged. I am still waiting on GH that when ordered says 7-10 days I am day 20. Who knows if it will be a knock off. I will be able to tell and will report back.
Its hit or miss. I had high hope for this source but since I cant get an explanation on the "Oraganon product I have to assume my suspensions are correct and therefore I would order elsewhere in the future.
I have been researching for the last six months on where I wanted to order from and Naps was the clear winner. When you make customers into raving fans you know your doing something right...

+ 1Wide selection, makes me feel like a child in a candy store. Little test run on the source my sib and I did; It was my second cycle and his fourth but our first time investing in Naps. We were not disappointed by Naps.

Gains were great, caused stretch marks but it can be expected when putting on weight in such a short time. My bro ran 10 amps during his cycle coupled with some other goodies and had great gains as well. Same sides and what not.
4th order placed in past 18 months, first 3 no problems received within time allotted each. This one placed
1/12/14, shipped 1/19/14 and stuck in Miami Customs. Eventually seized; sent copy of letter to customer service and got response in 4 hrs, reship in 5 days and just arrived locally for pickup tomorrow. Gotta love Napsgear true to their word.
