Decided to try a new since my old one on here vials kept breaking and suspected it do be under dosed and after ordering here it had to be cause running same gear I all a sudden packed on another 10 pounds month later needless to say this is my new source and would highly recommend.

If anything it was packaged to good but I'm not complaining better be safe than sorry.
Received gear in 3 weeks can't be faster than that and I'm in US.
Ive had 4-5 orders through naps and never had a issue great quality products and always had my gear within 2 weeks. Ive used multiple hormones from this source with no quality issues. Naps uses quality labs. And I've never seen him not fix a issue someone has.

+ 2NAPS has been my one and only source foe all AAS products. I give them a 4.9 out of 5 rating and that's only because no one is perfect, but they come close. I highly recommend them!!

Their communcation and regular updates of your order have been impeccable. I have been a loyal customer for about 2 years now. I have found no reason to shop elsewhere. Their product list is extensive and prices are reasonable.
Their shipping methods have worked without flaw. The packaging is done extremely well. Very discreet and I have not experienced any delays during the shipping. My packages have always arrived much sooner than they quote.

Naps is a superb company. Over the last 3 years I have only had 1-2 issues, but when I reported these issues they were taken care of right away in a professional manner and timely fashion. + 1Needed a few things that I could only find here so I pulled the trigger. I've placed 3 different orders from them now.

Communication was needed on 1 order. The other 2 were flawless. The communication was great and helpful to get things straightened out which was an honest oversight on their part. Not getting into great detail, once they realized I knew what I was talking about they cleared it up without further question. (Hope that doesn't sound like they were strong arming me bc they weren't, just don't want to reveal too many details there)
1 package (the 1 with the issue took a pretty long time but once things got straight with it, all was good). The other 2 packages were 13 days and 17 days. Packaging was okay but looked like the carriers played a game of rugby with one of them.
Will always return for some needs here. Very LARGE selection, discovering more and more about the site. Loving the deal of the week section. Professional owners and the advice (I threw some feeler questions at them) was spot on so I would not be hesitate to ask real questions to them.
I ordered in June and it was my first time ever ordering gear. I did order some T3, Clen, Keto and HGH Blue Tops. While the pills were shipped from Europe and arrived quick and safely, the HGH was shipped from Asia and of course was caught by customs. I found this very disappointing as Naps is listed as a EU domestic supplier and I would have never ordered the HGH had i known it comes from Asia and needs to go through customs. I checked back with Naps and they first offered a reship until they saw my location and said there is no reship to my country. I perfectly understand the risks involved for them (and me) and gave them another address abroad for a reship. However they refused to do that too. This has nothing to do with the risk they run during a reship, because the authorities in the other country don't know about the seized package - this is just hiding behind some reship policies!

Communication was always very quick - 24/7 online chat, with quick responses. Definitely great on this front.
Pills were shipped domestic within Europe, wrapped up very discretely. Shipping time was less than a week. Very smooth and much shorter than I expected - definitely great job!
HGH was shipped from Asia and customs did not even have to open it to fish it out - not so great job!
I really liked Naps for their great range and product quality, their good prices and their quick customer service. But I am really disappointed about their stubborness regarding the reship.
Very upset with this source. I've ordered from them on multiple occasions. I've been waiting for awhile now. My account page said it was shipped on the 7th. When I waited my time and contacted them they said it was shipped out the 20th. I was not aware of this delay at all. I had to inquire. Now there telling me 4-6 weeks from the 20! Yes im heated.

My experience was extremely horrible. The shipping process was the most painful process for any gear ive been through. They separated my gear for shipment and sent my test, and needles first, and it took two weeks for shipping of my tren after the original shipment date. I talked the company everyday by using the online chat, and submitting tickets, and they told me every time it will be shipped asap or in the next days.

I was referred to Napsgear by a friend. Ordered. Paid via western Union. Overall, it was a very easy and convenient process. They kept track of your order through stages, and eventually shipping with a tracking number. There is always live support, so that you aren't stuck with corresponding via email only. They also speak pretty good English. I received my order within 3 weeks. Nothing damaged or broken. I ordered Hygetopins 2x100IU Kits. They worked great! Hands were tingling and numb like how being on growth should feel. Was taking 4IUs but had to back down to 3IUs. Now, just about to order another round of Hygetropins! I actually didn't receive my order for over a month at first. I went on the site to get tracking info so I could check it and I'll be damned if my order was somehow shipped to an old address. I contacted Naps to let them know. I really wasn't expecting them to resend it but sure enough they were more than willing to resend it bc of my record as a customer. They must've put a rush on it too bc it got to my house in record time. One package got there in under 2 weeks. The other one was only a couple days behind that one.
Naps is still an awesome source. I'm going to continue to be a repeat customer as long as they keep exceeding my expectations.
