Hospital visit caused the delay. let me start off with saying that naps was my very first source, so there was no doubt that the free promo stuff I won was gonna be anything but top notch. The first time that I contacted customer support, the service was great, the second time... not so much. I was trying to figure out why I haven't gotten my EQ(Dragon Parm) yet and why the tracking still says that it is in "pre-shipment" as it has been for almost 3 weeks now. The CSR just told me that everything has been shipped. I replied with, "great, can you give me an idea as to when to expect the package, it's already been ~40 days now, I received my other package in about 10 days... The CSR didn't answer, I asked a couple more questions, that also went unanswered and then the CSR terminated the chat session.
On the package that I have received, the packaging was great carefully done and discreet.
The customer service on this site is the best! products are great and the prices are even better!

This is probably one of the best sites out there for quality products and service.
This is my 6th order with them. There was an issue with the Jintani Labs Anavar this time. All of their products are usually top notch and well received. The Anavar arrived and when I opened the 2 small pouches that it came in, a lot of them were pulverized. After counting them I concluded that just over 50 tabs had been completely crushed into powder form. As they were on sale I didn't make a fuss about it but beware. Unless you want to measure powdered Anavar on a small scale so you take the right amount, then steer clear from this particular brand. Their inventory is expansive and well priced! You will not regret placing an order with them! In fact....every time I right a review here they give me a 20% off my next order coupon!! You can't beat it!!!

Ordered back in early July, transaction was smooth on part of the order, the second part has yet to arrive, and was told might not be here for another 4-6 weeks. so i guess that puts me out to October from a July order. I had a bottle of Test-C from another source and started my cycle thinking the test from naps would arrive shortly like the other items had, now down to 2 weeks left and kind of in a lurch waiting for delivery.

I had one bottle break in transit. This is the first of many orders with any problems. I followed the ticketing process. All responses were expeditious and I received a replacement within a week. Very happy with the handling of this sometimes unavoidable mishap.

Decided to give naps a try after reading all the good reviews. I shoulda just stuck with another source. I still haven't received the cut mix. Every time I contact them and get a shipment date I get a different response. Now I am being told it will be another 30 days. Probably won't use naps again.

cleveland1I have used naps for over 5 years now. I did a ton of research before I ever purchased, and i'm glad I did. The products have always been good. I have always received my orders (over 20) as well as many of my friends who use the site. Now for the negative. I have had numerous orders get to me and they were missing products. When i would email support they were very short and would say " if its our mistake we will reship. If your lying we will ban you forever !!" Why i would lie about $90 worth the products when i order nearly $4000 a year is beyond me. Customer support could def use a little revamp. The bottom line is even though there may be shipping and support issues the products have ALWAYS came and have ALWAYS been Superb.

i have always used Geneza products and have had great results.
I recently was send some samples of the new Vermodje products and they were of great quality. The same or better than the Geneza.
Like above mentioned, support could use a revamping.
2-3 weeks but its coming form overseas, so its expected.
I was selected to do Video cycle logs in exchange for products. Naps sent me about $150 Worth the Vermodje products to try. After doing several more video, I requested a few other products to review. The video admin never responded. After waiting around a month I finally made a ticket with support. It was deleted and forgotten about. I did another ticket and after a few weeks I was responded with. " Quit bothering our support team with tickets , take it up with your video admin.so about 3 months and 6 PM's to video admin , I still have not received anything, not even a response, for my work of doing cycle video logs throughout my cycle. I would really Really appreciate naps to reach out to me and let me know what the deal is.

All orders have been received within the promised time frame...with one exception. Earlier this year I ordered some HCG that got hung up at one of their warehouses. by the time they were made aware of the problem, they offered to ship me something of equal value, or slightly greater at no charge to me.

I have been ordering from naps since 2008 and have placed about a dozen orders in that time varying in $ from $250-$800. I have had only 2 issues with Napsgear. ALL of them were taken care of in a very satisfactory way. I have had shipments seized and warehouse problems with shipping one order. I think that's pretty good for operating a business like this in a far away land

REALLY CANT REVIEW. ordered over 2 months ago . first shipping dates were messed up then they finally shipped from overseas to me in U.S about a month after i ordered. then was told to wait few more weeks, then told to wait 30 days. and still nothing!!! this is unbelievable. eff'd up my entire cycle, i ordered wayyyy in advance of going empty. now im empty and have to go off. emails(when i get them are blaming shipping...lmao) your a business, you ship and customer doesnt receive in a REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME, you reship! cmon...over 2 months already.... I run a business and reship all the time. playing the blame game. really frustrating. small order and cant get it right.
