Customer service is available 24 x 7 via online chat and also a trouble ticketing system. Tickets are responded to promptly and the customer service reps are knowledgeable and friendly and can resolve most problems to do with ordering, billing and shipping immediately. In addition their is a Naps rep on eroids that can resolve even the most complicated of issues via PM.
Packaging is discreet and products are packed tightly to avoid possible breakage in transit. My own experience is less than 2 weeks from order to delivery although Naps only guarantees 3 weeks. Many products have been received in less than 10 days from order placement.
I don't think it's possible to beat Napsgear's quality and its prices. The "product of the week" on the left hand navigation of the Naps website has a 50% off sale on something you can use every week. That's the way to shop way in advance of your current needs if you are into long term planning. I've been a customer for quite some time and I've never had product issues with Naps - ever. They are certainly one of the worlds biggest suppliers and also one of the longest in business. You don't get to their market position unless you are truly excellent.
This is going to be a review for my order of GP aromasin and hcg that I got a while back. Naps is awesome the website is easy to navigate and most of the products have descriptions about them. They are always running promos and specials so it's easy to get a good deal. I've tried numerous oversea sources and naps is one of the best.

I've only opened one ticket and it was really easy to do. Just write your question and bam they usually answer it in 24 hours or less. But I have never needed to communicate once I've placed the order. Just make the donation and wait!
I've ordered several items from naps and I would say that the average travel time is 8 business days. I've had 10 vials at a time delivered plus orals and no broken vials or tabs EVER!

I have thrown an un opened bottle out. it had a very tiny micro fiber follicle floating in it that was bacteria.
Now I have found 4 other bottles with stuff floating in them that unfortunantly I could not see until it was about 3/4 gone. it could be stopper/rubber residue but shapes of black that Im finding looking more like tiny micro strands.. I inspect every vial prior to usage as best as an eye can see under normal lighting.
** everything I keep is in a Cooled room with sealed medical container**
so as it sits 5 out of the 10 I have gotten from NAPS / GENEZA PHARM ( verified ) vials have had stuff floting in them. I have not inspected the rest.

I've read a lot these reviews of these guys and how shipping was great. Well I don't know why they decided to screw it up on me. It's my first time ordering from them and maybe my last. I ordered 3 items and they had to ship them all separately with 3 different tracking numbers.. 1 item came really fast, like within a week and a half of ordering so I was like "Awesome". Well that was it. The other 2 tracking numbers for the unarrived items don't even work and it's been about a month now. Customer service is supposedly aware of this and said they are taking care of it but when I log in to the account things aren't looking very promising.

I had no idea what the pack was. It was my first time ordering gh and i could t believe how small it was. But the packaging was great and the T/A was absolutely crazy. I ordered on thursday and they tried to deliver them monday which I missed so I picked it up at the post office the next day. Thursday to Monday from China. How the hell is that even possible?? I dont even think ive had a domestic that fast before.

Been running naps gp test e and c along with naps aromisin ran naps vermodje test e to start cycle 2 bottles felt it was good stuff as always though I feel a positive difference when is with to gp maybe I'm biased for Geneza idk havnt got bloods just feel and look better on the gp. Running gp super drol at 20 a day stuffs amazing makes me feel like crap unlike dbol but results are very different can't go above 20mg though and really no need to. Gp aro and letro are doing great work! I also have all Geneza pct on hand for after. As my last 3 cycles pretty much all Geneza from naps.
