bonz1121this review is for GP TNE (oil-based). I have tried GP test suspension which i liked everything about it except the pain when injecting. getting those crystals through that needle is a challenge then the burn when the crystals are entering you burns like a mother.
with GP TNE no burn like the water based but all the benefits of straight test. the pumps i get in the gym and the strength is out of this world. Plus i now understand what people say about the smell of TNE. when i am towards the end of my workout and I'm sweating big time. I can smell the TNE coming out of my pores it seems. Love that smell

+ 1I have placed 3 orders with Naps. On my first order, I made a mistake in my order and through their built in customer service, I got fast response and was able fix the problems. This was above and beyond regular service since the mistake was my fault.
Packages all landed MUCH faster than the expected Time of arrival. 1 was sent EMS and arrived in a week at no additional charge, while the other 2 arrived in about 2 weeks. How they get the packages to pass customs is beyond me, but I am sure happy they do.
It is very nice to have a 1 stop shop for all of my needs. especially since they are one of the only suppliers here with multiple options and are always in stock. I plan on taking advantage of almost all of their product of the week deals.

Communitaion was spot on through their customer support feature. I made bout 4-5 back and forth messages and all were promply answer within 24 hrs. When Packages are sent, my account is automatically updated with tracking numbers and estimated days till arrival (which I received much earlier)
1 of the packages were sent EMS at no additional charge and arrived as fast as a domestic source. other 2 packages arrived in about 2 weeks. 7-10 days faster than the tracking had estimated for me. Packing is very secure and discreet. Like I said, I do not know how they are able to get 25 vials through customs, but all packages landed without a single hitch. And fast!

+ 1I have only ever used napsgear. I will never use or trust another source. Most recenlty i did a 18 week bulk with all naps products (genza).
During my bulk i went from 206lbs to 265lbs. During that time my body transformed like crazy.
im not going to list all of my measurements but to give you an example of the size i put on. When i started my arms were 17inches cold, right now cold my arms are around 19.5inches cold.
This bulk was supervised by a pro. I was also using igf, growth, and 2 weeks of insulin.

-5look naps I don't know what to say you have royaly screwed up my order. im pissed I live in Alabama USA and my order cleared customs and went through two cicies in callifornia before going to Purterico. WTF really? I cant believe it. Dave Gorman would be pissed off. on top of everything else their customer service basicly told me to fuck off. that's a bunch of money down the drain. if you wan to randomly get ripped off choose naps gear. I have ordered good shit from them in the past. this is the second time in a year that they have f%$ked up my order. I am a body builder, this kind of crap is freakin terrible. Hey napsgear How about reshiping my gear or you have lost a good customer and referral.

I have made many orders over the years and have never had an issue. If your considering trying them for the 1st time then I would give it a thumbs up to try, you won't be disappointed.
Reminder to guys out there researching places on where to buy from...if you see a bad review for naps or maybe one forum heavily putting them down.. you need to remember this other competitors will do what they can to draw business away from anybody else and they often attack the best places to try and make you order from them. Communication was great. I emailed daily with naps customer service and they were always very prompt with their reply. I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they responded to my questions and concerns.
Packaging was how you expect sensitive items to be shipped. Fragile items were wrapped carefully and undamaged. If you live in a location where items should remain private then packing should be of little concern from naps.
I freaked out when my product did not come in on time after it shipped, especially when I did not receive any notifications on where the package was after it left its origin. There was no evidence of seizure so I was really worried they would not reship. But naps came through and reshipped within 4 days of notification. I received my package within 14 days all accounted for. Yes, it took longer to get then initially planned, but when ordering certain products it is an understood fact that things will...lose their way at times. The important part is that naps accommodated and made up for the lost items. They understand that most of the time "people like us" will remain loyal to a source as long as the source is loyal to us.

-2Very upset. I've had successful orders with these guys, but this one has been problematic. They told me to address the order to HABIBB over moneygram. That's the first name on the instructions and on the drop-down menu to confirm the moneygram payment. It's also the name I used when I sent it and have my receipt. That was a week ago. Today, I get an email saying the payment was cancelled. Why? I used the wrong first name. The 'right' first name is HABIB, with one B. Would've been nice to know earlier. Guess I'm getting penalized for following instructions to a T. It's a pain the ass for me to get to the Moneygram place (I have to pay a taxi 25 bucks round trip) and now my cycle is going to be delayed.

I placed my order on 09/21/2014 and the money was picked up on 09/22/2014 , so 11 days ago .
their policy says Clearly "We ship all orders within 3-4 days of funds being picked up. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow 3-4 days to process your payment (excluding Sundays). " it's been 11 days and they hasn't shipped it yet . i tried to talk to them 5 days ago via CHAT and they said they'll let the shipping department know about it and they'll contact you and it'll be shipped in 2 days but nothing happened and they never contacted me , nor answered my emails .
