Never needed to contact them for a problem, there are NO PROBLEMS. but they do respond very fast to review requests, and you always know the status of your order.
Packaging is always very well done. Never any ripped or torn packages either. The items usually ship within a few days and arrive well before they normally say they will. Items do come from different locations depending on the product ordered. Absolute perfection so far.
I truly hope nothing every happens to Naps, its going to be SO disappointing. They are so reliable with amazing product.

Communication an support are very on point. For instance. I order a few geno pens in the beginning. An I changed my mind . Because I wanted to add more . Thank god I didn't send funds in yet. Because once you do . They can add stuff to your order. Anyway, I submit a ticket on there site. "I didn't have Eroids then" an within 12 hours I got a reply . An they helped me the whole way threw! Great guys!
All my packs I've gotten from NAPS are wrapped supper tight am very secure. Kinda tuff to open. Lol but, that's fine. Better safe then sorry ! As far as T/A . Well every pack of geno's I get. Arrived in about 1 1/2 of my pack being shipped!

Not much needed. The order process has always been smooth and email updates are always on point. Always have sat back and waited and never had an issue.
Like always, the pack was tight with NO wiggle room for the journey. The only way something could get damage would be if someone purposely drops a brick on it. Everything arrived within 2 weeks and status updates on the site were spot on.
The GP line has been one of the most consistent lines throughout the years; it is always a safe go to for effective results. Naps is reliable at the craft as evidenced by the length of time in the game; I've always felt comfortable doing business here.
This was my second purchase from Naps. I ordered Testoviron Depot x 50... GP nolva, 20 x NandroRapid amp. (Nandrolone Phenyl-prop) x 40.. and pregnyl HCG.
gained 18 pounds over the cycle and strength increased greatly. I have run the Testoviron Depot from naps before and it was once again a great product.. this was my first experience with nandrolone and I believe that is what had increased my strength so much. Had zero joint issues throughout and libido stayed strong. After PCT I had only lost 4 pounds and maintained a weight of 228lbs.. Was 214 before cycle. Diet was very strict and put on little fat.
Shipping took about two weeks from my order date which was about the same as my first order. Will definitely use again and I highly recommend the testoviron depot as its one of the best I have used.

TNE and Aromasin. I also used some test e. All GP products. TNE was very good for the leg days to push me through some personal goals. Only needed 75 mgs to do the job. Aromasin stopped my nipple tenderness I get from DBol with in a few days and kept my estrogen in check. I tried the Test E for my trt and levels were around the same as my usual try doses. 300 mg put me around 1550 but I always skip a week when checking !y levels with doc cause he doesn't like it when I am out of the so called normal range.
Really didn't need any.
They were one of my first overseas orders and I was impressed by the stealth packing and the quick time to get to me.
I like naps big selection and the promos they run!!!

T/A has always been about 3-4 weeks. Had an issue with packaging (broken amp) and it was fixed with a simple PM.
Review for GP tren e . So naps sent me 2 vials during one of their promos and I just finished both vials. I only ran it at 500mg a week which is low for me but I definitely felt it was pretty underdosed. Reason being my strength on a lean bulk pretty much stayed the same. I figured adding some tren at that dose would allow for me to push the last few weeks of my bulk and gain some more strength and size but it didn't. There was obviously tren in there as I got cough a few times and had some extra aggression and night sweats but those are all sides. Nothing real positive. I don't mind sides from tren but if no benefit it's pointless. I've used tren e before from other sources and seen amazing results bulking and cutting. I've always liked GP brand but there was something wrong with this batch. Not terrible but definitely not up to par. I still reccomend naps as they have incredible selection and it's usually very consistent . with any UGL you'll get some bad vials here and there though .

-1I ordered (5) Test E 250 from vermodji. I have been running 750mg a week, for nine weeks now. In my opinion the gear is bunk. I have not gained any weight or had any improvements in the gym. Very disappointed in the product.

I recommend naps as a company because they have been spot on getting my gear to me. Unfortunately I ordered Vermodji the past time and have seen no symptoms of test being at 750 mg a week, like I should be.

Only one time I ever had to contact naps for support. And it was not his fault in any way. I used the tracking number he gives out and one 1 of the shipments it was reported as delivered at a different location then it was suppose to go. I contacted naps and he had a replacement order ready to go out that same day no questions asked. But next thing I know it was just error on the part of the shipping company and the package arrives at the spot the next day. Luckily I was able to contact naps and cancel the replacement shipment, but I really liked how he was willing cover the screw up of the shipping company that was in no way his fault.
The packaging is always superb. Everything is always tightly packed, well secured and very discreet. All the packages I have come in prefect condition.
Definitely will use Naps in the future. Very professionally ran source.

+ 1I have ordered several times from naps without a problem. This time around I placed a $1500 order, all of which arrived except my hygetropins. The address that was put on the package was incorrect and it is being sent back to the sender. I did give the correct address and the other packages arrived safely. Naps screwed up by putting the wrong address on the package and now is not taking the steps to fix it. I have contacted Naps through the live chat and opened several tickets over the past couple weeks since this happened and they are not doing anything to make it right and reship the hyges. I am very dissapointed as naps was one of my go-to sources but now they may have lost a good customer.

Communication wasn't even needed, have ordered about 4 times now and never had a problem in the slightest.
Packaging was so discreet and tightly packed that before opening it I was worried I didn't even receive my full order. I can not reccomed Naps enough, forever my go to now.
Also took advantage of a big ass Black Friday sale Naps had should be getting another order soon. Will post a review soon.
I ordered 2 boxes of Hyge 200 iu in October with separate orders and have not received either. One order got seized and I received the seizure letter, which I sent to them. The other order the tracking never worked and I didn't receive that order either. I've communicated back and forth, but it takes a awhile in between communications. They have instructed me they need a new address to resend which I have done. I sent them the new address that I had to pay for a PO box a week ago and asked them to confirm they received my new address and will be reshipping, but I have heard nothing. I do live in the US and they say they will reship. I'm still waiting to hear from them. I'm getting nervous for two reasons, one, losing money and two, having to find a new source.
Come on Naps I don't want to find a new source. Also it's Christmas time, now is the time to reship.
