aside from what most people come looking for on this site or from Naps, I was looking for something else which Naps was able to help with. I greatly appreciated it, it is a life saver for me. Communication and support couldn't have been better.
T/A ended up being much quicker than advertised. I was very surprised. My order was split in different shipments but I was told this up front. Both arrived before I expected them. Packaging was great, as I expected. Everything was intact and properly protected.
I'm getting ready to place a new order so obviously I feel confident with Naps.

Order went in fast as usual, the processes took a day or two and everything was carried on with no problems.

I am personal trainer and I have a sports nutrition store. For years I participate in bodybuilding championships and I have made many orders to sites like Napsgear. My last orders have been Napsgear because I think they have very good products and have always been satisfied. However I am very disappointed since the last order.
I placed the order on October 31th and the order was shipped in two packages. The first packet was received on November 18th, the second package however it has not yet been received.
The tracking number of the first packet has worked correctly but the tracking number of the second package does not work. This tracking number always says the package has left the country of origin but it never says it has arrived to my country, the tracking number never changes. Where is the second package? Why the tracking number of the second package does not work correctly? I have not received any letter from customs, so I think that the second package has been lost along the way or has been seized in the country from which it was sent
Napsgear say on their website:
"If the order has been detained and confiscated by foreign customs please contact our Support Center and we will reship it immediately. All packages have tracking numbers. No seizure letter required."
I have written to Napsgear and they have answered me that they have changed their policy and now they do not reship the packages to the countries members of European Union.
The problem is that my order has not been confiscated in my country, my package has been seized in the origin country. I think that if the package is seized in the country from which it was sent, they should reship it because It´s not fault of the customer, It's their fault!!!
Lords of Napsgear I am disappointed with you. I feel cheated.

In November this year 2014 , I place an order that keep me waiting. Until NOV-14 2014, NAPS inform me the package is shipped, but till now 12-17-2014 I still not receive the package. I ask and they say it might lost or custom seized. NAPS is not responsible at all . I feel sad and very sad. My hard earning money gone by the wind.

Naps uses a ticket system for problems, which keeps communication organized, specific, and easy to check. Their competitors should take a lesson from them.
Ranges from adequate to pretty good. Always seems good enough to get the shipment to me safely.
Naps' replacement policy is rock solid. I've used it once, after receiving a letter from US Customs that Customs officers would be stealing my AAS and using it themselves (lol - the letter didn't say that, but we all know that some of what they seize doesn't make it to the trash dumpster). Naps didn't blink an eye. I sent them a jpg of the letter, and they immediately shipped a replacement for free.
Firstly, I must say it truly has been a privilege doing business with Naps. These guys are legitimate, friendly and consistent! My order arrived remarkably FAST and was extremely inconspicuous. I am so glad I bought from them!
I placed my order early on a Tuesday, then paid for it that afternoon. The order process is exactly as they say! Received notifications every step of the way. Exactly one week later, it was shipped. -2I have ordered many times and ive always received great product on time. My most recent order was seized, and the support team made no effort whatsoever in helping me, they ended up ignoring multiple emails asking for help. And did absolutely nothing as far as giving me any sort of in-store credit etc. so that i I could re order domestically. Kind of sad this is the way they treat loyal customers. Would not recommend again.

+ 1Over three orders, mostly for my wife’s bodybuilding contests. On the Anavar she noticed awesome results in four weeks, great strength gains, muscle growth, and body fat loss. She later worked in the Winstrol but discontinued after a few weeks due to changes to her voice and acne (I’ll have to use the rest of it someday). My wife and I both used the clenbuterol to fantastic effects. I dropped fat quickly and still had positive side-effects on my strength. My stamina was affected negatively as I am prone to cramping but I don’t mind as long as I’m making gains.
Some of the shipment came lightning fast, arriving in about 2 weeks… some of the others were confiscated but Naps stepped right up and reshipped the products right after we received our notices from the post office.
