Greetings all, though I had some problems with a package seized this time around, let me share the experience I had with NapsGear. After my package was sent, I had tracked it all the way to Chicago, where it ended up being seized by customs. I had ordered Three, 100IU Hygetropin Kits. Without any question, or proof of a seizure letter, and after one exact month, Naps sent out another order to my second address where it arrived safely. It only took about a week to arrive. They were very kind and professional over customer service chat as always. They always follow up with my emails. I can always be reassured that even though I may get a seizure, Naps will still pull through and resend my product.

Again, communication through live chat and email were swift. The English was perfect and everything was solved right away by the representatives.
Packaging is very secure and tracking always comes with every order that I have made.
I recommend Napsgear for anyone that is looking for reassurance on products and delivery.
Ordered from naps at the end of Sep. took a little long for funds to be recieved. Emailed source one time got a reply and the next day funds were picked up. Took about a week for status to change to shipped. After shipped about two day later im able to actually track it. And from there it took about 10days to arrive at my door step. Overall pretty simple and hassle free exp. only been on cycle 3 weeks now so ill do another review on the gear later. O yeah package was kinda shitty looking lol.. Even though u wuddnt be able to tell wat was in it im suprised nothing broke as seeing how it was it was two pieces of card board and plastic tape.

I placed an order and the funds where picked up 7 days ago. And there is still no sign of them shipping my order. I have tried emailing them several times throughout different days. And i will only get one reply asking for tracking number and thats it. Andd get not one reply after that.
I beleived i read orders will be shipped 2-3 days after funds are picked up??
I have heard great things from a lot of buddies using naps. But i seem to have got the bad pick of the straw here. This process doesn't seem to be moving at all and im displeased with the lack of communication i am recieving.

Naps is usually on the up and up when it comes to righting a wrong, so I'm somewhat optimistic that this will be fixed. But in the meantime I run the risk of ruining my cycle at the least. Luckily I was able to get to the doctor yesterday and get some anti-biotics. I hate to bash such a reliable source but these infections can be deadly and that's is not an overstatement. Hit me up Naps, let's make this thing right mane!!!

Everything was smooth from both ends. Time-frame was as advertised. There was a bit of a shipping issue with the product being damaged -- They offered a reship (I declined) so they said they would credit me on my next purchase! That's damn good customer service.

-2Reviewing my 6th order from Naps. Can't say enough good things. Order came in two separate shipments, but was provided with tracking numbers for both and delivery was beautiful. Ordered some test prop to run with the hygetropin that I got from naps last order. Buddy got sust and test e that we have both used before and know it's legit. Can't beat naps for price, delivery time, or customer service!

I have placed plenty of orders with naps before myself or through a couple buddies who buy from them. I am NOT satisfied with them currently. In previous orders I've had no problems, but the last several have not been good. It took them a week to pick up the money, and another few days to get it shipped. I also made them a new video blog, which they advertise that they will give you free gear if you take the time to make a nice review. It has been posted to their website for three weeks and they have not responded to a single one of my emails or tickets in that three weeks until I sent them more money, they also haven't given any reimbursement for my videos that already had some positive comments. I understand if I don't receive money for it, but not responding to a single email is not professional. This ordering experience WAS NOT UP TO EXPECTATIONS of a legit company. I could be the only one, but I will not be leaving another good review for these guys.

This was by far the worst. I left multiple tickets and multiple comments, as well as emailed them from old emails they've sent me. The only responses I got were automated. The live chat was somewhat helpful, but those guys don't work with the administrators so they can't really tell you much. It took them forever to pick up the money, and this is the only communication I received with them. Usually they aren't too bad with this, but this time around the communication time was awful and it makes me not trust them as much.
Packaging is legit, the shipping took about 3 weeks. Didn't see many problems here besides the fact it took forever to get shipped out.
I will recommend this supplier, but cautiously. Maybe I had a bad experience with them, but they still haven't even tried to email me back in three weeks except to tell me I had poor grammar or tell me I'm wrong about something. The customer is always right no matter what, so I find this very unprofessional. Some of there products are good, stick to GP or DP. But their generic and Accordo RX sources are pretty bad from my experience.

-1I ordered from Napsgear for the first time on 4/11/14. Payment was made on the same day. On 5/4/14 my order was cancelled by Napsgear. I was told to change the Napsgear payment recipients name. On 5/5/14 the payment service used to pay Napsgear told me my payment was already picked up the day before by the person Napsgear told me to place as the recipient of payment. Napsgear says they never picked up the payment. I have emailed the receipt to Napsgears billing department to investigate, and they have not responded. I have emailed Napsgear several times the receipt which shows the recipients name they wanted on the payment along with the page showing they both match, but Napsgear has done nothing to fix the problem. 6 months later, sill NO GEAR RECEIVED!
