I spent about 3 grand last year on shops just for myself that's not including the orders I make for my homies
I spent 1500+ last year what a waste looking back.. and that was with my employee discount.
Never a waste investing in your health and wellbeing.
No more than $50 with supplement a month but if include specific food for my diet for sure above $200
Awww man i voted including my Juice.
I thought that was included in the supplement category.
Me too shit lol
Whey, Pre Workout (only use when I am tired after work or wake up sluggish) and Vitamins. About 100 and something a month... but they last me more than a month so on average 100 a month.
Supplements like vitamins, minerals, EFAs, CLA, krill oil, phosphatidyl serine, etc. about $100. If including my whey protein, over $300. per month.
whey protein, Everything else i get from foods
And horny goat weed when im feeling frisky :)
I meant to choose the 3rd choice ($50 to $100). I only buy two sups:
Everything else I get from food.
Protein Powders (plural) (Syntha/NitroTech/MuscleMilk)
Meal Replacement (Lean Body)
SK/5 HR energy shots for pre-workout...
My monthly $$$$$ is about 2 bills.. Chump change
Maybe people can list the type of things they purchase regularly. I didn't include protein powder in my response because I consider that food, but this is just what I bought this month. Some of this will last more than a month.
Sulbutiamine Bulk Powder
N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine Supplement (NALT)
Citrulline Malate Bulk
ORGANIC HEMP OIL
ALBION CHEL MANGANESE
NOW FOODS POTASSIUM CHLORIDE POWDER
I buy other things as well. This is just to give you a general idea of how spread out it is. Also it may be that many people have a narrower focus on specific things like liver protection, vit C,, pre-workout, etc, that might help you narrow down your own focus on what you would like to carry..
