so this is where im at after slowly increasing my carbs back up to 450g from 160g diet phase over 4 weeks. Currently cruising on 175mg test e weekly. Trying to gain some solid tissue in the next few months when the gyms are back open and the bulk cycle begins but until then we are trying to stay as tight as possible. Staying accountable!! Covid won't stop this process. Weight increase of 3kg over 4 weeks.
