Last cycle was 12 weeks went from 210 lbs to 261 lbs 600 mg npp, 500 test e, and dianabol 25 mg. That ended 3 mos ago I’d like to cut now. Will begin next cycle as soon as I find a reliable source that has genuine anavar. Before and after pic is up.

No, but I like to go heavy at times. For me heavy is 405 bench for 1. I mean, I worked out in gyms and stuff but never powerlifted intentionally nor have I ever tried to compete.

You have ideal genetics for benching if you were to invest some time in it - Big ribcage/barrel chested, medium length thick arms & back etc. Only downside is at our age the body doesn't doesn't tolerate it as well as someone in their twenties lol

Yeah, I’ve been paying for it in the gym My elbows ache and my back acts up a lot so I tend to have to slow down some. The aches prevent me from going as hard as I like so I totally agree with you on that.

Honestly, I’ve lost 40 lbs since the end of that cycle, which was in February 2022. Was traveling with my job and didn’t want to think about exercising; plus , I didn’t pct. I was just like f*** it. Normally I’d cruise but I didn’t this time and I didn’t pct. I thought I could make it … no, he’ll no. I was lethargic and depressed af about a mos after I went cold turkey. I’ll follow protocol next time whether it’s cruising or a proper pct. So I’m starting back at 220 and I feel pretty good, I’ll detail this new cycle next post about 3 mos from now. It’ll be thoroughly detailed though.

Bro, I’m telling you, I’ve never felt so beast mode in my entire life until I tried npp. Among other lifts and pr’s I was grunting out 135 lb bicep curls like I was in my early 20’s again. I loved it.

Thanks bro. I can’t wait to shred it on up. Ima tweak this diet and add some cardio along with modifying my workout routine. I’ll use some gear as soon as I’m convinced I’ve found the right source, hit and miss sometimes. But thanks again.
