Back from my holiday. Did a ton of dancing (dancing is the best cardio haha) but consumed tons of junk carbs at the end of each day. Water retention has finally started to drop from all the holiday gluttony. Feels great being back in the gym and back on diet. Nearing the end of this short 7 week blast then back to TRT for a stint. Currently sitting at 203 lbs 5’7”

This short blast was just Tren Acetate ~500mg/week, Masteron Propionate ~350mg / week, and Testosterone Propionate around ~250-300mg / week. HGH 5iu / everyday (went up from 5, to 7, then to 10iu for a bit but the lethargy was too much, backed it back down to 5iu) 25mg proviron everyday. I don’t use AIs. I eat standard bodybuilding food. Lol nothing special. Egg whites, chicken breast / tenderloin, ground Turkey, whole eggs, lean ground beef, lots of sushi, oats, tortillas for “at home” breakfast burritos, whey protein shakes, jasmine rice, pasta, some fruit. And I’ll eat snacks and cheat meals when I want. Just everything in moderation.

Solid 203 ya my 203 is quite different. How much do you weigh when you bulk up. Solid btw
We’ll see after my cruise when I up the food. But currently this is the heaviest I’ve been. Implementing HGH last May has allowed me to steadily add 20+ lbs while getting leaner so I’ve never been this large and lean before. Maintaining single digit BF is key to me. So we’ll see how high the scale goes when I blast again. Will aim for 215-220 lbs and keep it <10% BF.

Hahaha I getcha ;) I can dance to EDM for hours and hours at a festival or circuit party and burn 100s if not thousands of calories lol but my quads will give out far sooner than that when getting down with the hubby. Lol Sometimes one can do both at the same time depending on the venue lolololol #trash
