No estro symptoms. I think I can pinpoint the feeling of them, like when I was blasting. I actually feel pretty well. I also take a supplement called DIM, Diindolylmethane. 300 to 600 mg of that daily. When I'm estrogen heavy, my piss turns dark yellow.

I think I'm going to take 1/6 mg arimidex ED or EOD. E2 doesn't look mind boggling high, does it? I am new to this, but a lot of what I get, and anecdotally has worked for me a lot of my life, treat the symptoms, not the numbers (but have an idea what the numbers are lest you find yourself in deep shit).

Same thing on my thyroid. Felt like absolute dogshit on a lower dose, but within range. Upped the dose like 12%-25%, numbers still good, and symptoms have gone away.

I do like having a quantitative analysis. I need to get my lipids checked. I purchased the test and tried to go one day, but through some technical snafu I couldn't test that particular day. Then I got sick... Then I procrastinates... Now here we are.

I find a shit ton of fiber and water are generally good for lipids though.
