Placed an order a couple months ago and the gear I wanted came up just short of the minimum order, so I threw some TNE in the cart to get it over the minimum.

It crashed on me and I wasn’t in any hurry to use it so I just let it sit. The crystals kept getting bigger and bigger and when I started to look like rock candy I decided I should fix it.

I tried using shallow simmering water in a pan, but even after 10 minutes nothing had changed. I reached out to the source for guidance on dissolving the crystals, and he quickly got back to me. His method had the crystals dissolved in 5-10 minutes and it hasn’t crashed since.

SOLUTION: Place the vial in a PAN on a stove for 10-30 min at medium temp, be sure to pierce the stopper (a quick poke with a syringe should be fine) to alleviate pressure within the vial!
As gear is heating give it a swirl and you will notice clarity returning! : )”
