+ 1 Pre-Blast Bloods
Bloods were taken about 18hours after injection of 200mg Pharma cypionate, .5mg Anastrozole was taken at the same time of injection.
After making some better dietary decisions and supplementing with red yeast rice and omega 3 oil my lipids are back to good levels!
Testosterone came back at a new high level for me. The low estradiol is a bit concerning, while I don’t typically get sensitivity of my nipples, I am prone to lactation. I have not ever had low e2 symptoms.
I will be adjusting my Anastrozole dosing schedule to the day after injection instead of day of and see how that effects my next bloods. Mid-week bloods taken on this same schedule came back as 24pg/ml e2.
I’ll go pickup a pill cutter so I can cut the 1mg tablets into quarters instead of halves so the dose can be more equally spread through out the week in an effort to keep levels more stable and limit rebound. Current dosing is .5mg once a week as prescribed, will try for .25mg twice a week and see how that works.
Looking forward to hearing your advice
Edit: added in my previous lipid panel for comparison

Looks to me like you might not need an ai at all. What about running bloods after a few weeks without any ai.
Its still easy to crash on Aromasin man. Been there. And rebound takes a while as Aromasin destroys the aromatase enzyme and can take a while for the body to make more when on trt dose of test. But we are all different. I've crashed my estro on 6.25 mg of Aromasin twice a week on 150 test a week and rebound took 3 weeks
Alphamale500Hey bro. Pretty good labs for the most part, but a couple things seem out of whack a bit. Your new lipid profile has definitely improved and is now in the normal range, which is great in of itself. But I don't see anything about you new LDL levels, which are very important as that's your "bad" cholesterol. Do you know if it was tested or not?
Your total test level of 890 ng/dl is great for trt! Does that say your e2 level is <5 pg/ml? That's way too low! And that's very likely what's causing those lactation issues. Do you notice any sore joints in your hands or anywhere??
If <5 was your reading only on the day you took your adex dose and during the week it was 24 pg/ml, then maybe you should talk to your doc about spliting your .5mg dose into 2 or more doses per week instead of one. That seems like the obvious choice in your situation.
So I think that finding out about your LDL levels, and straightening out your A.I. dosing schedule is very important to do before starting a blast!! I don't mean to come off like a dick by any means, but you definitely should know how to handle your e2 levels while on trt, and have your A.I. dose dialed in. While running an actual cycle, your e2 will likely be even higher or all over the place, so you need to know how to control it.
But that's very good that you're keeping up with regular bloodwork. Good for you bro!+
Nothing Dickish at all. I agree about the e2 and the LDL, no idea why LDL wasn’t included this time. As for my AI, at the visit when I had blood drawn I brought up my AI issues and he wanted to get my results back before talking about switching my AI dosage. I’ve looked at the symptoms of crashed e2 and have not had any symptoms this time or the previous time I crashed my e2.
Really the only thing I can think of is that because my SHBG is so low that nearly all of my e2 would be free/unbound and utilized quickly by my body.
Given my fluctuations in e2 levels, I plan on asking my doctor about switching to Aromasin instead of Anastrozole as it’s harder to crash your e2 with Aromasin and don’t have to worry about rebound.
Your LDL is roughly 131. Total-HDL is LDL. On my blood work it also includes 'non-HDL cholesterol' which is included in the 131.
Never mind just looked it up HDL good LDL bad. So I’ve been worried about nothing this whole time. There is also ULDL as well
I’m pretty sure is you subtract HDL from total that will give you the LDL. Pretty sure when I added my two up it equals the total so your cholesterol ratio is pretty good. Where as my total is always good but my ratio is bad.
