+ 5 5 Weeks into Test E cycle Progress shot - 195 and up the scales go

I'm 5 weeks in running 250 mgs of test twice a week. I'm taking 25mg of proviron daily, fish oils, multivitamins and other sorts of natural supplements. I'm horny as fuck, my gf hasn't walked right in a week lmao.

My physique is definitely starting to change. The parts of my body that would be getting hard in the past are getting bigger instead. I used to be as hard as a rock, now I'm growing and maintaining that strength too.

I'm eating the same variety of foods each week. Chicken, brown rice, broccoli. Rinse repeat. Change protein, change low gi carb, change green and move on to the next dish.

I'm eating 3K a day and i'm addicted to fairlife. I murder a bottle a meal and I'm finding my hunger to be the least of my worries. I'm constipated often though so I need to find a fix for it, even though I'm not eating alot of red meat at all.

I'm excited to be at 210 by the end of my cycle. I'll be posting my bloods next week, very excited to keep working and to see how far I can take my body. I'm literally watching my body grow in front of me, its nuts.

All of my friends are nerds or athletes of a different discipline so I basically just have you guys to share this with.

I've competed in a lot of different sports before and they are mostly team sports where the barrier is known and your responsibility are set. In this sport, I'm up against myself and its really different. I'm enjoying every day of it, take care brothers!

Please try Psyllium husks capsules, they're cheap and work wonders. 1.2grams works for me personally but you may need more or less.

Constipation is not to be taken lightly, it can bring all sorts of problems.

I eat clean all day and I've got a 5 gallon water jug that I fill up every 4-5 days, I'm really not sure what it is yet Rusty. Kinda of has me stumped to be honest. Maybe Ill try eating more salads or something, Ill report back in a month and let you know what I try.

You should be eating at least 15g of fiber for every 100g of protein.

Not sure, but fairlife is lactose free. Outside of that, i don't eat any other diary really.

Maybe it is bloat, thats a good idea. I'll try a few things and see what comes back
