+ 5 My current state - No AAS ever @ 34 years old, all natty life.

So this is where I'm starting from. Some reason the pictures I'm uploading all come out sideways. Odd

After years of lifting, I took off 2 years to run triathlons and worked on only cardio. I'm trying to hide my tattoo's, its not like a have a public life or anything, I'm not sure anyone would recognize me or would be checking anyway lol.

I'm planning on taking my first cycle in 8 months, I'm 4/5 day schedule now and gaining mass after two years of straight cardio. I just got back from 1 month abroad so I'm a bit flabby but still at a normal 13-14% BF, but the journey begins.

Posting this picture (Pic 1 - Post triathlon and half marathon, 162 lbs) to remember what I looked like before getting back the 15 lbs of muscle I'll add in 6 months, then the weight I'll gain from the AAS at the end of the year.

I don't plan on running Tri's again.

I can add 15 lbs reliably by myself, the rest I'd like to see how test would work and how I could make the best use of it. I've run double days training for Tri, the stamina you get from that is different than just lifting. Switching disciplines, I'd like to see what I can do.

I think I'd be able to benefit, all things considered.

edit : this picture was to track progress. I don't spend much time on the forums since I don't have a cycle to take and I don't have to prove a point to you. This site has been a great resource and I've learned a bunch but no sense of staring at pictures of little bottles if I don't plan on it yet. Great pics of your gear by the way. Take care..

Why is there now a reason to start a cycle ? As you seem to have / think there is the ability within yourself to gain muscle natty from your comments ....which I’m sure there is that ability so why not just carry on as a natty?

This may sound odd...lol, but if I had the choice to not start a cycle unless it was a must then I would still be natty ....19 years ago I started my first cycle and always told myself it will only be 3 or 4 cycles ...completely got that wrong ....so just try and think ...do you NEED! This cycle or WANT! This cycle

Thanks and thats a good question, I thought about it for a minute and the answer is two fold really.

I think as time goes on and as science proves more and more that steroids are relatively safe at a certain age, you'll see more guys like me come and want to improve their lives as they get older with Test.

I absolutely never thought I'd ever consider taking steroids, never. I started lifting in my early 20's and used to weigh 185-190 with solid strength numbers all around, I was built. 290 bench, like a 425 full squat, I forget my dead lift but I was strong for my height and age. I like those years, I had a great body, big but defined.

Now I'm 34. Life has changed. I ran a ton in the past two years and I'm lean. I know more about steroids and the risks, it feels like now is the perfect time to gain some more LBM and go for it.

One of the main risks I understand are high BF%, no bloods during or monitoring of gyno, no PCT, too many compounds, improper pinning etc. I believe as far as one can handle those risks, I have it under control. My friend is in medicine and will be teaching me pinning technique(sterility and angle lmao) plus I can go get bloods 30 minutes away on demand.

I plan on putting muscle onto this frame before I start sometime at the start of next year if all goes well.

I think I'll look and feel amazing with the work I'll put in. I'd be lying if I don't love the fact that my girlfriend swoons when I take my shirt off, she did(still does) before I started running and I'd like to watch her drool when I reach my goals next year. It feels good to be at your best, I'm sure you'd agree to that right?

I'm the first to admit, its cosmetic, its vapid/transparent, but I'm only this age once. Since I started typing this I've gotten literally older than when I started the first sentence lol. I'm not competing or plan to, its just my own standard I guess.

I read somewhere that it takes a certain kind of person to stick a needle in their ass without an athletic contract waiting for them. I think thats true, but it doesn't mean it has to be a bad thing lol.

Whats the cycle plans?

Im curious what you plan on running. Im sure that you have read that a test only cycle is best to start with.

Just test, 300mg twice a week for 12-14. I'm going to drop to about 10% bf before I do, make sure all my macros are in place and I'm the right weight. I'm 165 right now of solid weight, I'd like to be 180 before I cycle. Then my goal is to keep gains that will put me at 195-ish.
