+ 8 2 months of 3250 cal. 16 lbs progress bulk pic

I gained 16 lbs from my original picture 2 months ago.

I'm buying a freezer tomorrow because I've been buying food in bulk. I've got 12 lbs of cod that I'm scoring tomorrow, going to chop it down to 7 oz fillets and vac freeze it. Same with the box of chicken breast and steaks.

I'm drinking 2 whole milk shakes a day with a scoop of pb, 1 banana, two scoops of whey and 1/3 cup of oats. I have my own designated fart corners at the gym and at home since I've started lol.

I went from 162 to 178 this morning in two months with 5 days a week and 3500 cals a day.

Looks like I'll be on track to hit 195 by Feb? Lets hope. The weight is coming on lean so far, maybe a bit heavy around my love handles but I'm doing 0 cardio and thats to be expected with all the milk.

I'll check back in with another pic at 195. I've ordered all my gear but I don't think I'll need it this year. Turns out another friend of mine who is a former powerlifter split an order with me and he wants to wait to cycle until I'm ready. I don't think I need to though for a while, I'm still seeing great gains eating like a truck. l fucking love it so far, my bench is around 250 now and I'm back to squatting heavy.

Turns out btw, an education in steroids is an education in biology. I've learned more about nutrition and physiology studying aas than I ever did just bodybuilding in my earlier years. Triathlon is really about technique and strategy but bodybuilding is a science to get it down right.

Its been fun, I have to say. I'm getting a little crazy about counting calories and a bit obsessive, but its been a lot of fun. There is a part of me that really enjoys the min/maxing of every set, meal and rest. Looking forward to posting at 195, see you soon.

BTW, this goes out to all the members here, a big big thank you to the community for providing such great information. I know this is supposed to be a review site, but I've been on other bodybuilding forums and the depth of knowledge on this site beats others by miles.

Building a solid base first. This is what I enjoy seeing. Someone who takes the time and realizes that it's not a sprint, but a marathon. You'll see great progression quickly if you keep this up my man. Easily hit 215 if you're 195. Just remember, gear is just the icing. When you're doing everything else right, it'll all come in place, but if you're not no matter how much gear, you'll be able to tell!

My wife gets so pissed. I’ll be in a store and do it, with a straight face while an employee or customer walks by and gags or makes some comment. LMAO. Makes my day. Gotta be proud of rank ass farts lol

LMAO how the fuck could you do that in good conscious? I feel too bad to do a walk by farting, mine are strong, like clear a room strong.

They stink like something terrible. My gf woke me up the other night and told me to sleep on the couch because my farting woke her up. I've been woken up before for sex, but to stop farting? That was a first brother lol. Its been going away now, I think my stomach lining has been properly torn apart now, nothing left
