This week I've just started my 20 weeks prep into my first show! Very excited and got a great buddy of mine doing my prep (he's stepping on stage in Miami as a super heavy trying to go pro)
20 years old so please NO drug talk in any sort or anything. Mods let me stay to learn and talk about training and diet.
