Yeah mate it's a strange one that's for sure. Not to sure what the reason is but I think that it all started off to serious maybe and just followed that vein and people have lost interest. It might be upto us to try and get it going again.

You better launch, only 9 weeks out. I'm about to make the switch to shorts in a couple of weeks then adding some finishers. Sitting at 191 so about 8 lbs of fat to go then water should put me right at 176

I understand being wanted, but some of us would have still asked for your knowledge on these topics you put up here. it is obvious that you know a thing or two or know someone with this knowledge. I will stay in your group, but will take your advice lightly.

Gotta an injury question for you guys, got fucking rear ended on the highway, I was a a stand still and some cunt bitch who can't drive slammed into me, totaled both cars, walked out pretty clean just a sprained lower back, it hurts but you know how drs say one thing and people do the other, he's trying to say the gym is out for awhile, but I wondering if a few days out of the gym would be cool, or just listen to the doc? Any one ever have this problem??

also try an ice bath it suck's but will help heal you faster. get a water bottle and put it in the freezer and once it's solid use it like you would a foam roller and massage your back with it.

I got a bad back so be careful. Take some time to heal. No one can tell you when you are ready but you? As in how do you feel? First I would just get it mobile once its feeling better. Then light stretching including the glutes, hammies, IT bands, etc. All surrounding muscles. You tight back may cause supporting muscle groups to pick up slack and put minor strain on them.

I love heat. Get heat their and helps bring blood flow.

Just take it slow bro and you will be fine.

Try to stretch and warm up as much as possible per grrls advice below to me. I'm going thru some sciatica and still workout just am careful and crank a weight belt down on it. Work as much as you can

Maybe someone can answer this, everytime I hit my shoulders, no matter how slow I inject into them my shoulders like spit the gear right out of them, even if its like .8 of a ml, soon as I pull the pin out some of it just leaks out, then I'm like a crack head freaking out like wtf!!! Its only my shoulders and this problem just started like 2 months ago. Anyone ever experiance this??

Theres much less fat around the shoulders.. Atleast when you shoot thighs and quads theres a layer of fat to act as a catch valve lol!? You may also be super tense in the shoulders i mean unless ur laying or resting ur arm ur shoulders are always goin to much more tense than the rest of ur body.. So relax a little and maybe even try to go deeper!?

Hey papa, how do u control bloat/water retention when on high dosages? I'm having a really hard time with it, got so bad i had to take a diuretic..

What is the bloat from?

On 4g test I use 1mg Arimidex EOD
On 1-2g Deca I use 0.5mg Pramipexole ED (instant release version)
HGH/Slin induced water retention I use Lasix @ 40mg ED for a 5 day run

5 days of lasix @ 40mg ED
5 days is the point were dehydration and cramping become bad, but, I piss like a racehorse for them days,
Physique becomes notably less puffy, BP comes back down, and im all good.
My endo wants me to stay on lasix @ 5mg ED, I dont like the drug though. And Il only stay on a low dose if it benefits my BP and poor ole kidneys lol

Isolate which route the bloat/retention is comming from bro..

I also prefer Hydroclorothyazide as my diuretic, i hear its a lot safer then lasix, although i have a nice amount of both...

What if i just did 10-20mg lasix EOD throughout my cycle?

Try dandelion leaf its pretty good at dropping water retention and its natural, if that don't work then go the other route.

Anyone hurt their back and have a twinge down their left leg? I struggled thru an arm workout tonight...any ideas on how long to take off? Rehab options?

Going through this now. Only certain things hurt it, leg press did but not squats. Chest supported t bar rows did. Its like under certain pressures. I am working on extra walking, foam rolling the glutes, lower back and hammies and both static and dynamic stretching. The combo does seem to be working.
