Methods and Forms of Dehydration!

ad
Default - Use Group's defaults.

Basic novice dehydration plan-

Monday-Thursday....2 gallons of distilled water(this floods the body causing it to think there is more than it needs which your body will start a flushing method to expel what it doesn't need.) I also add in this step a tablespoon of cayenne pepper and 8oz of lemon juice for each gallon mon-thurs.

Friday- 8oz of distilled water with each meal i do 7 meals so a total of 56oz on friday( This is where all sodium is gone no soy sauce salt mrs dash or any sauces like bbq, ketchup ect. can be used.
*Friday i add my diuretic "hydrocoldyazide" after my weigh in and start the drying out process while slowly carbing up through out the whole night to fill out the muscle as much as possible without spilling over

Saturday- No water except while pumping"i sometimes allow my clients 4oz if starting not to hold clean size" up i choose gatoraid the potassuim is good for the heart esp since we are pulling water every where including the most important organ the heart!
