So, here is pet number two (I have about a hundred by the time this is done), his name is Fiver, a Netherland Dwarf. He lives in a purpose built garden with greens and treats every day. He is my choice of pet, to remind me of a good childhood memory, but my daughter named him after the bunny from 'Watership Down' by Richard Adams. He lives with his brother, HP, named after King of the Raves, HP Baxter, by my wife... a true raver at heart. He is moulting right now and today was brush day, so he is a bit scraggly, but he is still soft and fluffy. They roam free in their private garden every day, with a cage only to keep them safe from the foxes as we live very near a preserve and lots of foxes are about... I pass at least three every morning on the way to workout, not 100-feet from my pets, but two years on, we keep them safe.

What a handsome man, animals are happiness and joy. I also can't imagine life without animals, I have two cats and a dog)

Come on mate - Time for another animal Smile

This is Jasper.... he's wanting a set, just has trouble getting the bar from the rack as his arms don't quite reach. Going to have to get him an Olympic set!

AAaaagghh!! I guess he uses suicide grip also with him having no thumbs?! lol

Saint gannett's picture

Actually... he's polydactyl... but no thumbs... so you can be sure he does it suicide.

I'll have to catch the two strays, Domino and Jeanie Gold (the wife names them) who have been spending more and more time in our house; regulars to feed. They aren't around much as we are watching Ocean again while his family is on another vacation, but no shortage of animals around here!

https://www.eroids.com/group/our-pets/how-many-cats-can-you-find There you go, been really busy with work, plus Winchester University just ran ceremony for their 2019 graduates and my daughter is home, so busy, busy, busy, but here is a fun one to me. You guys need to join in too!

BFG's picture

I want to but the one social media account I use is being spammed with cat and dog pics, so I can't for privacy reasons :(

Saint gannett's picture

I'll try to get a few more up and see if the fever catches.... would be cool the story of Viking's dog..... don't know if you remember, it was about to die, vet said to put it down and he decided to give it HGH in a 'can't lose' scenario.... said the damned thing was racing around another two years... that was a cool story. Have to see if I can find it anywhere.

press1's picture

HAHAHA I've never seen that story! That's funny - I'm surprised he didn't bang some Test in it too Lol

press1's picture

AAaahhh Now that is a baby rabbit!! How old is he?

Saint gannett's picture

He's actually two and a half years.... just dinky. I would be surprised if he weighs a full kilo, just nothing but fluff.

press1's picture

LOL I've just seen 'Netherland Dwarf'! Do you have any of those lop eared rabbits? I use to keep them as a kid too, they were always a bugger to catch in the cage bolting around Lmao

Saint gannett's picture

I have had lop eared in the past, they get huge, and they are more cuddly, My dwarves are a bit wild, but they are trained to go to their cage when I put a crab net after them, literally like shepherding sheep, I just grab the bamboo rod with its little green mesh hoop and away they go! Sometimes they make me chase them around a bit, but in the end they go with little hassle.

Oooh, lop-eared houses are a joy. They are very cute . I also think to get a rabbit) to my cats and dog
