With preparing to have to do more around home again, and new variants of Covid, I broke out the old Reebok bench and a 1" bar, started 'repping' sets between work calls (I work Test and Trace) where we get a 3-minute cool down. Works great for high volume and lower weight. Well, went to get my set and damned if Jasper was not waiting for a spot. 'Pass me the bar' he said!
