Robin wanted, in spirit, to welcome all of the new members to this group and invite you to post your pets here too, they all matter. Robin came to my family as a kitten of maybe 4-weeks old, my son heard him meow from the motor of a car before the neighbour drove off and rescued him. He hand fed Robin to health and soon all the activity of the mischief maker earned him the nickname, Tearaway! He was gentle beyond description, but at two years he had a massive heart attack and died very abruptly. It is a very hard moment in life with three children and a wife screaming, pleading for me to help, believing that I can, but I could not. This cat had a perfect Peace Sign in the pattern of his fur, one can almost make it out in this picture, but perhaps I will swap the photo for one when he was older as it can be clearly seen.
