+ 1 Will I ever be satisfied with my appearance?
ad
When I was training this morning 2 x young guys around 17ish came into the gym.
Their bodies could only be described as human sticks.
After a while I said hi to one of them.
He said to me "Wow Bro, your massive"
Just then I realized something.......
I too was 17 and had a stick body.
I too would look at guys my current size (no homo) and and think, 'I want to be just like him'
But sadly I don't see that big guy in the mirror
All I see are the imperfections.
Will I ever be satisfied with my appearance?

never.
Get on some good test and pharma grade HGH and you'll be damn happy! Haha other than that, the more you spark your interest in fitness and lifting the the more results you'll aim for. I'd say it's a good thing
AnonYou wil never be satisfied, like many of us we always strive to be better. Improving your health and physique is a good thing. Sitting on the sofa eating cakes or taking drugs isnt good. So be happy with your healthy body that others envy and enjoy the positive improvements that you work so hard to achieve.
56tooI feel the same way and truly that is more prevalent than you think. I look at my arms and although they measure over 17" I see them as small and 17 on a 5'7" frame is not that small. I see it as a positive thing because it just motivates me to work harder.Realistically however, I am very happy as to how far I've come and the accomplishments I've made. Knowing and accepting the fact that this game is truly a life long journey keeps everything in perspective. Even minute changes in my physique satisfy me and make me realize that I am on my way to fulfill what I set out to do. One small step at a time. Imagine if you were totally happy with the way you looked, THEN WHAT?!!?!?!??!
You're a work of art in progress, Mate.
Depending on the canvas and the oils you use, (No pun intended), depends on when the revelations to YOUR perfect portrait will be revealed.
In truth, has any artist ever been truly satisfied with their work and achievements?
(ARGHHHH!!! So much wisdom and wise words. You can tell I've just had my breakfast, can't you?) (LOL)
