Using negatives

ad

Been working front squats more and doing negatives for almost 3 weeks I went from 335lbs 1 rep max to 385lbs 1 reps max. Previous workout I did 2 sets of negatives with 405lbs next workout I plan on getting it back up. Thanx to some helpful reminders in the weight gain forum I can give credit to as well. I have a popped tendon in my shoulder so I've had to be cautious with my upper body lately so I figured that I'd put some miles on the wheels

Love doing negatives usually every 3 months I will switch my bench up to them for a month. That way I'm always getting stronger ..

I'm hoping to hit some negatives on the bench next week we'll see. Right now I have a popped tendon in my shoulder still bothering me doc said rest and ice so i said fine I'll just do legs haha! Also got to have a partner for the bench. Good to hear you love some negatives wasn't sure if that's still a valid method these days.
