+ 3 Trying out "The Answer for Massive Calves" method by John Paul Catanzaro
I found out about this website article that eroids member dudsy had replied with to a members post on how his calves are just not growing no matter what he does. Well first off, here is the website:

The article is The Answer to Massive Calves by John Paul Catanzaro.
Basically, it's a calves workout routine made for people who are having trouble putting size on their calves. The author says that you can put 1 inch on to your calves if you follow the method fully! I have posted all the information you need from the article under the bold text that just 2 paragraphs below. I am only 2 days into the calves program and I will definitely be continuing the challenge everyday, for a month. I have tried pretty much everything to get my calves to catch up with the rest of my body, like most of you with stubborn calves. They are really the only lagging muscle I have on my body.
I am currently running test prop and winstrol, in case you were wondering, and the 2 days that I have done this workout my calves feel like they are going to explode. Currently, I am only able to complete 60 reps and I am sweating when I finish. I have a good feeling about this and I will definitely keep everyone posted on my progress. I also have made an Excel document that will track every days calves workout by having a column for the reps I did that day and the measurement, in inches, of my calves.
HERE'S A QUICK SUMMARY OF ALL THE INFORMATION ON THE WORKOUT ROUTINE
Basically, it states that you should do 50 reps of heal raises and work up to 100 reps with just your bodyweight. You have to do it every single day without fail for a month.
Make sure to contract hard at the top – think of a double biceps pose, except you're squeezing the hell out of your calves. Don't hold on to a wall or machine for support. The idea is not to deload in any manner, as we want those small stabilizers to grow as well. Simply keep your arms at your sides or your hands on your hips.
You must be in bare feet (no shoes). Make sure to raise the heels as high as possible, and distribute your weight evenly over all your toes. Hold the top, contracted position for a full 2 seconds. It must be a definite stop at the top, and you must feel a peak contraction in the calves.
Next, control the lowering – don't just drop like a bomb! If you fail to perform these two steps properly, the rep doesn't count. It's that simple. They must be quality repetitions to optimally benefit from this type of training. The prime movers will get hit, but so will all those little stabilizers, and in the long run, it will make a big difference in the overall growth of your calves.
You'll need to invest up to 10 minutes a day for a month to reap the benefits of this method. Consider that each controlled repetition should take 6 seconds (i.e., 2 seconds up, 2 seconds at the top, 2 seconds down, and no pause at the bottom) and you're performing up to 100 reps per day – that equals 10 minutes.

Been doing this for 3 weeks or so now. Calves do look slightly fuller. I've been doing it 5 times per week, missing the day I train calves with weights and the day after that. Definitely worth a pop guys.
Nice post I will give it a shot. Thank you
