+ 2 Trap bar deadlift w/ tension

Just wanted to share, I'm loving this.

Add tension straps to the end of the trap bar and attach them to weights.

This way, at the top of your deadlift, you still have that top tension to fight through, it works great. Step on blocks to add a deficit and your in business. My lowerback is getting blasted from doing this.

Anyone else do these? blocks or no blocks?

Hey, sounds interesting. Only thing I don’t like is preparation, rather try to lift a bit more weight than last session or maybe couple extra reps so there’s a progress. But think I need to give these a try, thanks for sharing

That's a solid lift..I love it..I use heavy chains also sometimes.. works great..I usually always use blocks with the trap bar since its not as low to the ground as the straight bar
