Strength/powerlifting frequency on big 3

ad

Hello eroiders,

This is too you big strength/powerlifting boys,
I'm training 531 for squats and deads/Patrick Nyman bench routine with some speed work implemented.

My question is I'm thinking of seriously increasing my frequency-

(not really bothered about aesthetics just strength)

Workout 1 - Heavy squat 2's or 3's 5% load drop, dimel deadlift 8's, close grip incline bench speed 3's, low pulley row, roll outs

Workout 2 - Heavy block pull 3's to 5's 5% load drop, Leg press, shoulder press, chins, leg raises

Workout 3 - heavy bench 2's or 3's 5% load drop, 4 sets speed bench, DB row, facepulls,
External rotation, lateral planks

Workout 4 - assistance day - light high rep

Rear and lateral delt heads, biceps, leg curls & extension, conditioning, mobility.

Using load drop principle from Michael Turschener to gauge some sort of fatigue management.

Would like to know your thoughts on higher frequencies when on gear.

Cheers

The Bulgarian method got my squat from 280kg to 340kg over the course of two cycles. That was a monstrous effort.

5/3/1 was my primary program used to build my squat up once I could hit 150kg regularly.

Deadlifts I do 2x a week. Still use 5/3/1 for that.

Squatting everyday in Bulgarian....jesus isn't that a heavy single every session?

Which is more important to you/what works better for you when training on gear frequency, intensity or volume?

By what your saying more frequency is key? E.g. Bulgarian method

Just a simple test cyp 500mg a week,

Just started first proper cycle,

Trained seriously for strength - 4 years

Been training for 10 years on and off.

Squat 170kg
Bench 140kg
Deadlift 220kg

Hoping to pump these up during cycle and maintain some strength,

Just wondering what is better higher frequency, intensity or volume when regarding extra test

What are you taking? Where's your strength at and how long you been training?

Or even something similar to Westside Barbell maybe...would that work better with gear or a bit more volume like the rts intermediate method
