On going knee issue
So, over a year ago I made a post on here about my knee pain and since then I've had an MRI scan and had my feet checked (flat footed) and custom insoles made.
Nothing. Fucking. Works.
No one gives a shit about the pain, docs just shrug me off, over a year I have SHARP pain above BOTH of my knees which I feel anytime my knee takes any pressure.
MRI reported back I had slight misaligned knee cap, medial meniscal tear and trace effusion, hopefully this means something to someone on here who can give me any advice?
I've rested for a long time with no results, training doesn't make it worse nor better, anti inflammatory don't work at all.
I've been able to train legs on leg extensions (sharp pain on warm up) and leg press etc.. Squats and deadlifts are a no go though !
Been looking at TB500, figure it's at least worth a shot to try? Any advice is better than none (although I've probably tried it !)
If I can get any sort of relief I'll be happy, I wanna go into strength training but no chance of that with bad knees.
Thanks for reading.

Not sure what your looking for. You need medical advice. If you don't like what your current doctor is saying, go find a new one. It's YOUR medical care, so take charge of it and find a doctor who will give you some answers. Besides that, physical therapy can help some of your knee issues, so look into that as well.
I'm looking for anyone who has had a similar issue and can maybe give me some kind of solution.
Find a new doctor? I'm in the UK, it doesn't work as simple as that (especially if you don't have a shit ton of cash which I don't)
I've done physical therapy for a while and it hasn't done anything worth mentioning really.
My point is that were not doctors here. Sorry you're health system doesn't provide you with any affordable alternatives, but you can always save up if it's worth it to you.
I've had some serious knee issues and it's taken years to resolve. Physical therapy can help if you give it time. It sounds like you need some surgery to fix your issues, so I would push that with your doctors.
There are those who have had some success with TB500 and HGH, but that would probably run you more than changing doctors. Good luck.
I know you're not doctors but my post was just poking for advice from anyone who has ever had similar issues.
Thanks for replies.
