So I had my right knee broken during my match! It was last September! So after that I didn't train legs for 6 months and after I start doing light weight basic excersises for legs! But for 2 months m trying to do squat and legpress as I used to but my knee starts hurting like hell if I go over 100~ 120 pounds! I checked up with doctor he said it'll stay like this for some more time but till then? ? My upper body is keep growing and legs r keep shrinking! Any advise will be appreciated! Thanx

I had a reconstructive shoulder surgery and doctor told me that it would take a year to heal but I wasn't pain free until 8 years later. Don't push yourself into another injury. Be patient with the knee

stay safe and stick to a weight that is comfortable. you dont want to end up aggravating the injury because that will just mean a longer recovery, so stick to doing higher reps with lower weight.

It's been two years since my similar knee injury and I still get pain. It's much better than it was, but it hurts if I go heavy. You just have to go slow and be very patient. I stick to different leg press machines. Sometimes I do squats, but keep it light. I wish I could tell you you'll be fine, but it will take lots and lots of time to get back to normal. Listen to your body and dont hurt yourself.
