TropicanaJuiceAwesome article
good read brother. did u get my replied pm?
no
So this "progressive tension overload" is mainly a way to train for ppl who are training Natty? Or should ppl on gear train this way also?
Ive always done that "bodybuilding style" training and its worked for me... Should i switch it up?
A lil Confused here now? Lol
this is natty brother, when on cycle, im a different beast.. im talking about hitting high volume, no rest, eating all day.. i dont really care for recovery on cycle, thats what the AAS is for. i could hit the gym 2 times a day and i can still expect better results then once a day
Ahhh yeah that waht i thought bro,, good stuff so when im off cycle.. =) +2
Very nice brother, thumbs up!
Consistency is always the key. =)
Thank u for this bro! +1
Only read the conclusion, and this is 100% true. These techniques have already been used by steeve reeves, arnold schwarzenegger and lots of other great bodybuilders, they are time prooven methods.
Maybe it is like Jason Blaha says and once you are on 7+ g of gear per week plus loads of GH and slin things change and you are in an anabolic state for a longer period of time. But for 99% of people 5/6 day splits are a waste of time.
