how to gain mass size fast?

ad

guys i have a quick question. i work out 4 days per week, and 2 days off. i do, arms monday, etc, etc. i always work out with heavy weights. 4 sets X 8-10 reps. and this guy at the gym he told me to work out with heavy weights and do as much reps as i can and then drop the weight to 75% or 50% to gain mass? is that true?

Also if you can experiment with 2on 1off training or different variations and times to see how you respond.

Experiment with carbs to see how much your body needs to recover, keep adding more till you find out where it starts to give you a little extra layer, then back it down. Cycle your carbs from there to stay in the lean mass building. You have to find those threshholds for diet. Experiment with replacing some of your carbs with good fats. I do negative training sometimes cause your muscle is way stronger in the negative, thus if you don't specifically train the negative, you won't train it to its full potential. Fst7 works well, that stretches the facia around the muscles to make the muscle bellies larger. In a sense what your doing by drop setting is stretching the facia as well. There's really too many ways to train to list them all. I do reccomend experimenting with the carbs and negative training though.

Synthol is what you need! JK

Reverse pyramids, pyramids, drop sets, rest pause, Xreps, 4X, 5X5, Negative accentuation, Statics, forced reps...... the list goes on and on. All are different methods to stress the muscles. Some are used to produce more time under stress, some to increase sarcoplasm, some to limit joint stress from max weight exercises, some to get more work out of the same muscle in a shorter time, some to place the same load on the muscle for a longer time..... You can find much more at x-rep.com, they try to sell you all their ebooks but you can just do some reading on the site and search the web and people trade their books. Anyway, try to increase the stress you place on the muscle each time, don't let your routine get stale (plateau, doing the same weight for the same reps for 4 weeks or even 2 weeks), shake it up, mix it up. Eat (can't get bigger if you don't get enough fuel) and sleep, you build at rest. Don't forget once in a while you need to lighten the load and give your nervous system a rest. OK enough rambling. I have a question if you work 4 days and your off 2 what do you do with the other day? ;-P
