help non symetrical pec development

ad

ok after a few years of down time i recently started working out again six weeks back. and im noticing that the left side of my chest is developing faster than my right. i got pretty out of shape during my down time and still have alot of fat to burn off but i definetly see a different rate of development. will my right side catch up on its own or should i use unbalanced weight or????? thanx for your help

Mind to muscle connection, drop the weight back focus on contracting each side equally, nobodies body is symetrical, the larger your chest gets the less noticeable it will become, plus you saying you have body fat to shed aswell get rid of that to see what your working with. You need to get your self a good chest routine, maybe 4 different workouts and rotate them each week to try and find out what works for you. Remember stick to the exercise that you can feel a good contraction with they will benefit you the most harder more advanced movements may require a little more know how to get a squeeze so use these exercises as warm ups and practice the contraction with light weights and slowly your brain will teach itself to fire your chest muscles more effectively and will in turn recruit more fibres

Your favoring a muscle. And your extension is off on one side. Drop weights for a week or two and work purely on form. Once forme becomes instinct then worry about raising the weight. Building muscle is all about proper lifting and good blood flow. Someone who benches 225lbs with proper form will have a bigger and more proportioned chest than homeboy benching 315 wrong.

Jack that shit with some synthol, but I'm only kidding. Hit dumbells but this reads like you're already using them, which I would say your form is poor. Get in front of the mirror.

Start using dumbbells. If you are already using them, try to watch yourself in the mirror. Chances are your form is off.
