Exercising while travelling - triceps?

ad

When travelling and away from a gym, I do body weight exercises to help maintain those hard earned gym gains.

For most muscle groups I've found a decent exercise or two to get a good workout, but not for triceps. Dips on the edge of a seat help, but even with feet raised they don't really feel like they're taxing the muscles.

Any suggestions on how to give those triceps a decent workout without access to regular gym equipment? Thanks.

Real resistance bands not the candy rope shit. Just hang or tie and all your press downs and over head extensions can be done.

Definitely This. Good bands are the best for traveling and for Tri nd Bi work

Yes! Thank you. This is far better. I could barely knock out 14 of them, and then a lousy 3 on the second set. Much appreciated.

(Hey, sorry I can't give your answer a thumbs up. I'm a looong-time-lurker / low-contributor with insufficient karma. I'll just go stand in the corner-of-shame for now)
