I am bar far a pro, but I have been able to get great size when I bulk. I track my calories, and always keep my protein above 200g, when I bulk I got as high as 400g's.
I eat very clean, verry little to no processed foods, hell I even bake my own oatmeal/wheat bread. I eat all whole grains and whole cuts of meat, i will grind my own meat to make burgers etc.
that said, I would focus on getting high quality proteins, meat and egg whites, and getting whole grains and cramming in as much fiber as you can, and do not forget the H2O.
I often and told by people that they can't believe that I can eat sub 4000k cals and gain like I do, I will gain 30 lbs between when I start my bulk and my cut. And I tell them that a lot of it has to do with individual gut health.
the healthier your digestive system is, the better you will be able to extract nutrition from the food you eat. This is often over looked by a lot of people, not just bodybuilders.
Here is a typical days food for me, volume changes, 24 egg whites, 2 cups oats, 10oz of homemade wheat bread, 4-6 scoops whey, 16oz cooked potatoes, 16 oz cooked wheat pasta
over and above that I will fill it in with some protein bars, or other snacks like more bread, more eggs etc. but that is the bulk of my meals usually.
hope that helps, little ramble.
I could be wrong, but that doesn't seem like enough food. How many calories are you eating? As mentioned below, you need to be eating whole grain foods: whole grain rice, bread and paste. Also, sweet potatoes are very good choice. Switch the white rice for whole grain and potatoes to sweet potatoes. If you're not getting enough calories add a half gallon of milk (your choice), but a half gallon of whole milk will add a good amount of calories.
It seems your carbs/ calories are pretty high, what kind of work do you do? If its physical you could be burning everything off but if you sit behind a desk this should put weight on.
Well I can and here is +1 for expanding your mind beyond the usual advice.
If I could upvote I would do. This is why I suggested to re-calc his BMR and use the correct multipliers for his physical activity. But after his 5th cycle he should know that already.
Did you know that those compounds just start kicking in around week five? Also pure raw bulk is attained with carbs. Brown rice, red potatoes, oats. If any added carbs sttart adding fat...lower them a bit or add stairmaster 20mins after every gymday.
Make sure to slow down the digestion of your 9pm shake. If you feel up to it, you could set the alarm for a mid-sleep shake to get some extra intake (from time to time). Maybe you forgot to recalculate your BMR after the last cycle and did not adjust carbs? How do you structure Pre-, Mid- and Postworkout shakes/meals?
I think you could stand to up your protein to around 390-430g or 2-2.2g/lb. this would increase your cals by around 500/day. If you still aren't bulking you can add in some more carbs and some mono fats. Keep an eye on it weekly and if I gets dirty reduce the carbs.
Right now my protein intake is exactly about 300 to 320 it seems it takes alot to grow.
I dont see that much in that diet but my adding skills are shitty. Here is a good bulking diet compare it to yours. With no aas assistance I put on 15 lbs using this diet and I am a real hard gainer.

BostonWhen i bulk...i eat it all. I have my good clean foods mixed in with the junk. I eat pizza, ice cream, burgers..ect. In moderation of coarse. But without the extra junk thrown in, i gain super super slow.
x2. if i eat 100% clean all i won't bulk. i like to add one huge dirty meal per day to bulk. add some dirt in there, it's fun anyways. eat bigger to get bigger, can always cut it up after but i bet you won't gain as much fat as you think...
Im guessin you are somewhere around 200g protien maybe a little bit more, you should be in the neighborhood of 340-360.
