+ 1 biceps work
ad
I have read other people (perses) talk about this but its so true...the best way to make ur biceps cut up and chiseled is to hold the weight off centered (hands on the inside of weight) hold the dumbell so ur palms are facing behind you, then make a careful twisting type motion as you flex ur bicep and raise the dumbell. At the very end of flexion you twist the dumbell out and get that extra pinch. This way ur working both muscles in the BI-ceps. This has been very effective technique for myself and Iconstantly get asked how Ihave gotten my arms so cut and big. PM me withquestions if your not sure what Imean as far as technique

its called supinating
I get good results from pronated curls (palms down), after I finish a few sets of traditional curls (or vice versa on diff training days). Seems to pump up the muscle underneath the bicep (best way to explain?)... but makes my arms alot thicker, if that makes any sense.
I do believe the op is talking about starting in a pronated grip, then rotating to supination on the way up w/ the weight slightly offset so that it's a bit harder to rotate on the way up. I've never tried that, but sounds like it would work pretty well.
Exactly bro
silverback89your right on man all the OG bodybuilders at the gym told me this awhile back had big improvments sence.
The BEST way to make your biceps huge, cut, chiseled, ripped, big, full and in general impressive as fuck, is to hit them from every conceivable angle, and approach,...with as many exercises, poundage variations, set, rep and weight schemes as possible.
So Perses is right....and so is everyone else with an opinion on the matter----except those who disagree with ME....lOL.
Seriously my brother----variation is absolutely key. Keep your body off guard and always look for maximum pump.
agree a video would be great hard to make out what your saying!
StevebShould your hand be slightly off centered or all the way to the one side of the handle?
I guess it depends on how long the width of handle is. The weights Iuse Iput my hand all the way to the side, but other just slightly,do it as much as you can handle
X2?
