swollen delt question

Hey, so I notice there isa huge difference in size from right delt vs left delt...it hurts the same as any shot would for a couple days...but it seems swollen (like the whole middle delt) but it is NOT red or warm to touch...does it mean I didn't inject deep enough? Can it be infected despite lack of redness and warmth? Anyone ever have similiar sitch? I usually hit delts with a 5/8in 25 ga. Needle. And never have problems until now...and the last injection I actually kinda pushed it in a little to make sure it was deep....

tread-mYou need to be 1 inch pins brother. How much of what are you pinning etc. Describe huge difference a little better as well and was it "huge difference" over night or a slow thing. As well, are you 4 site rotating or just poping delts and how often?
The difference was like, there appeared to be a golf ball in one delt and not the other....also I try to avoid delts...I usually go glute right, glute left, quad right, quad left....and I used delts for my tne and dbol shots...like 0.5 cc shots....and the swelling was kinda gradual...I think? I noticed it one day and kept an eye on it...last bout a week or more...but its back down now. I really appreciate ur time and help bro
